Abomination 17 Fourteen

He ran through the stairs at lightning speed not without ordering Zeke to continue with torture.

As he reached the room, Avivit and the maids bowed.

He didn't glance at them, his main priority was his thrashing mate. He ran to her and clutched her closed to calm her. He tried to peek into her nightmare but it was impossible. All what he saw was darkness.

He was disturbed because he had the power to read minds and emotions but with his mate, it was impossible.

"No, please" he heard her cried, he was powerless to do a thing and it was making his chest to cramp in pain.

"What can I do to make it stop?" Ryl mumbled.

"She has her own demons, they are fighting her" Ryl presumed with a sad face.

"She must have pa.s.sed through a lot," Ryn said slowly.

"She is strong and she would be a great Luna" The King b.u.t.ted into his beasts exchange.

When he detected her body temperature was increasing, he carried her to the bathroom. He oned the cold shower. When the cold water met with her body she shuddered.

"My heart" he called stroking her face softly but didn't get any reaction.

"She is not responding" Ryl panicked, "and it was said that mate touch help to fasten the healing process" he was the emotional softy fluffy beast out of the King's beasts.

"Shut up, she is responding internally" Ryn muttered dejectedly.

"But.." Ryl was stopped again.

"Shut that your f.u.c.king mouth," Ryn said irritatedly while Ryl whimpered with his ears down.

"Kiss her" Ryn inserted.

"What?" the King was shocked with Ryn idea.

Ryl rolled his red eyes dramatically and sighed before pinching the bridge of his nose, "if she not responding to our touch, why can't we kiss her to know whether she will or not" he replied as if it was the easiest thing.

"It is absurd" Ryk outraged, "how can we kiss her when she is unconscious. That means we are taking advantage of her state and I'm not doing that".

"It's not that we want to but we need to" Ryk defended.

"I think it is a good idea" Ryl nodded agreeing to the idea.

Nadazhda POV

The moon and stars were nowhere to be seen.

I was running, I didn't know what was chasing but I was running for my life.

I was in the dark forest being chased by something.

I was afraid.

Something I didn't.

I'd been running in circling but couldn't get away out of the forest. The trees were laughing at my misfortune, the darkness was looming over me like it wanted to swallow me.

I was tired, my breath was coming out in short pant.

The pounding of the unknown steps was catching up on me. I was like a p.a.w.n in the game.

Before I knew it, I was thrown at the rough bark of a tree, I groaned painfully and tried to stand up but was hurled up and thrown again. Blood oozed out of my head, gushing out vigorously. My head was pounding, it was like my head wanted to be removed from my body. The pain was too much, my lungs were dried. One of the tree branches stretched to my neck and clung on it choking me till my face was turning purple before I was dropped down like a sack of rice.

"You are nothing and will continue to be nothing" the dark unknown voice boomed around the dark voice.

"Please" I cried.

"Please?" the voice said taunting me, "she also begged like this but he never helps her. I will make your pain agonizing that every fibre of your body will wish for death" the dark voice said slowly with promises.

"Remember an eye for an eye and a mate for a mate"

I was fading away from the forest but felt the pain in my head and the promise lingering around letting me shivered.

I was hearing some coherent voices but couldn't know where they were coming from before I felt delight pleasure sizzled around my body. I opened my mouth to allow more of the pleasure. As I opened my eyes, I met with glowing golden eyes which sadness flashed through it before it settled at joy.

I screamed out in fear.

I was pushed in a crushing hugged "shhh baby, it's okay" Zaccheus said in his deep manly voice which could lure me to an endless sleep without nightmares.

I hugged him tightly, wanting to feel comfort from him as I raised my head up to looked at him, I saw my reflection in the mirror and I released a fearful shrill sound.

I pushed him away from me abruptly, trying to escape the reality of whether I was still in the nightmare. The bathtub was filled with red water.

I wasn't feeling pain but the bruised on my neck where the tree chocked me was prominent. The blood oozing out of my head had dried up....

I screamed hard, I touching my neck unbelievable. I dreamt about it but

How could a dream come true?.

How could...

I screamed again, pulling my head painfully.

"it just a dream" I muttered repeatedly, shaking my head in delusion.

"What happened?" he asked me confusedly.

"I don't understand" I yelled, running to the mirror before punching it angrily. "I dreamt of it" I stuttered angrily.

"Dreamt of what?" he asked.

"Dreamt about seeing myself in a dark forest..." I tried to talk but it was like a lump was in my throat that was not wanted me to talk.

"Talk" he urged me softly, looking at me affectionately.

"I can't" I cried. I couldn't talk.

He looked at me understanding, "Wait here, I'm coming" he pecked me, carried me out from the shattered mirror.

He put me on the bed and took my injured hands then licked it with his saliva. I was shocked because my hands healed as if they were never wounded.

"My saliva can heal up a wound" he smiled cheekily at me then he went to the bedside and took a piece of paper with a pen. He handed it to me and I looked at him confusedly before he told me to write what I dreamt of.

I took the pen shakily and wrote everything then returned it back to him.
