Septem 38 William True Strength

While waiting, I go looking around the market to find some product that is interesting. The market is not only sell their product but also some ancient artifact from the dungeon or ancient ruin. Most of the artifact useless but some may have great use. Some artifact also a counterfeit of other real artifact.

In Hirth, there is dungeon and ancient ruin. The dungeon is a place where different kind of monster created from the surrounding mageforce. If the dungeon is over flood with monster, there will be a break out monster that will only create destruction everywhere. Some people said that dungeon created because curse from the Evil G.o.ds.

However, once you kill monster in dungeon they will disappear into thin air while leaving some of resources like stone, sc.r.a.p, sculpture, resources, or equipment. This item usually refers as artifact. A great artifact has very unique effect but it need at least master appraisal to discern this artifact.

In the Rosewood royal academy, student in the upper cla.s.s usually divide into group to go into the dungeon. There are several dungeons near the capital which usually become training for them before they graduate. They usually sell immediately the artifact that seems useless for them without even getting appraisal first since the price for getting appraisal is quite expensive.

There is also ancient ruin which is a ruin from the ancient or lost civilization. The ancient ruin sometime become dwell of monster. It also a very dangerous place that contain different kind of unimaginable trap. Most of the ancient ruin that student can enter is already being explored and open for public. However, there is still some useless leftover for student to take.

I looking around at the stand that sell any kind of artifact using an eyegla.s.s that imbue with appraisal enchantment. It can make things easier for me to differentiate the real artifact and its effect. I hope I can find any useful artifact in this market.

After long walk surround the market, I feel hopeless since I only find some useless artifact or junks. There is also some stand that sell baby toys from the previous civilization. Looking at the time, I think Ben already sold all his product. So, I decide to go to his stand.

On the way, I found an accessories artifact store that sell his product from certain ancient ruin. Some girl students charmed by one of the accessories he sell. The accessories is very pretty and they also feel something about it. The truth is it was only sc.r.a.p that imbue with a little bit mageforce from the seller.

I don't particular care to uncover this trick since the seller also make a living from it. However, what inquire me is after the seller sold the accessories. He resupplies with the same type bracelet. But, this bracelet is a true artifact that have amazing enchantment. The enchantment is making element in the mageforce for the user to become more stable and balance.

It was simple effect but with complicated enchantment. If I can break down the enchantment and apply it to my fusion process, it will create a huge boost in success rate. I immediately go to the seller.

"Is this bracelet really popular with girls?" I asked the seller in pretext to buy it for girl.

"Yes, of course. Just now that group of girls bought it and this is a secret but this bracelet may boost your absorption of mageforce." The seller lies thoroughly while whisper about the later part.

"Really?? Then… How much is it?" I pretend to believe his word.

"Not much only 50 gold coin?" the seller said with evil smile.

"50 gold?? That's expensive how about 25 gold" I bargain the bracelet with maximum price of enchanted accessories that can boost a little recovery rate of mageforce.

"Deal" the seller immediately deals since he thought already profits a lot with 25 gold.

I immediately give 25 gold to the seller and take the bracelet myself without waiting for the seller to respond. Later, I check again the artifact. It is a bracelet enchanted with very complicated spell enchantment and rune. I can wait to break down the enchantment while I store it inside my personal s.p.a.ce storage.

The I found that this bracelet only has effect with people that have more than one affinity. Since student at this academy is basically too young to have many affinity, many people will not notice this effect. Moreover, people with dual affinity is already a rare to be found.

Shortly, I arrive at the Ben's stand who is already empty. He sold most of his product and make a lot of profit. I greet Ben, "Another sold out products, huh?"

"Ahh.. Yosep, yes.. it thanks for all your help. We got twice more than last month market event." As Ben stop counting the money from the sale and greet me.

"Good, you can send me later my share. I am here for my requested tools. Did you succeed making it?" I change the topic to my real purpose.

Ben immediately look around while gestured me to come near him. Then, he takes out a box containing with my tools. The tools are consisting of some part that can help me fuse three element mana stone.

While I checking the part, "Yosep, I don't know what for you need this tool. But, the design and the mechanism is too complicated, combine with the high quality this material made, I think no other people will ever try to make this tools. If may I know just what for this tools are?" Ben inquire me more.

I didn't answer his question and just checking all the tools as per my requirement. After done checking, "Thanks, It really as per my requirement. About what is it for? Just say I want to fuse three elements." I leave him alone who is still shock from my answer.

I go back to my dorm immediately. It was time to make a progress with my fusion. After walking for a while, I decide to make a detour, it was not because of the annoying prince and Coldhearth brat. It because the new teacher who is the truth a guardian member group that protect "that item".

Two months ago this group a.s.semble with total five people include headmaster and Nero, the cat guy. I thought they will leave after not find any clue and any abnormalities for a month. However, they still persistent and become teacher in this academy. Moreover, they also add and upgrade the hidden defensive system.

I can crack and bypa.s.s most of them, but few of them need me to just destroy it which will alerted them immediately. Even now, they also still try to add new defensive system. I really miss Greed's intelligence and l.u.s.t's wisdom to overcome this situation.

Until the day I will break in to get that item, I will keep my contact with them minimum. From my Envy's reading through my 3D scanner, all of them have very high intuition and sharp sense. Moreover, they also stronger or on par with Judom, the capital warrior guild master.

I bet right now, the safest place in Moreva is this academy since there is five guardian member that have enough strength to destroy one kingdom easily. I try to not avoid them obliviously since I know all of them have very wide range of perception. I detour and seek William to have my alibi.

This is may be a little bit paranoid however, there is a particular guardian that become teacher in the academy. He is very famous among the student. Almost all the student will gather around him, the student that is not gather around them always get questioned or in the worst case get "guidance" from them later. Some n.o.ble student already got few "guidance" from them.

The reason last night I don't afraid to having spar with Hilbert is because this guardian on the shift to guard the entrance of that item. The guardian always rotates their shift to guard the entrance while sometime upgrade the defensive system.

I arrive at William training place which is near the pond and lush. Basically, it was a nice spot if not for the scenery of 10 years old kid try to lift huge amount of boulder while doing handstand. The boulder looks very heavy that need almost 10 normal people to carry it.

I waited patiently until William finish his training. Whenever, William does his training, he will turn into the state of epiphany while doing all his training and ignore all his surroundings. Sometime he even in this state for whole day. Fortunately, I know that this time he almost finishes his training.

Even though, the training is crude and Spartan like but because of the talent that William has. His strength always improves rapidly. One month ago, he already surpa.s.ses Nora and can beat her easily. Now, if I measure his power, he is on par with full pledge expert t.i.tle. This sort of talent is already great if not compare with me.

Since there is no one in his age can fight him, He occasionally fight Fernan but sometime Fernan is too busy with learning his specialties as commander. Due to bored without anyone that can spar with him and heard me who is always hole up in my dorm, He nags me to spar with him with pretext to give me some real battle experience. Even though he already knows that I was a lot of stronger than him.

The reason why always visit William as my alibi despite his overprotective character is because he is interesting. Every time he loses, he will go into meditate state and I feel he already absorb his fighting experience 100%. Although, he is muscle brain but he is genius in battle. Every battle he fights will make him much stronger.

I plan to let him teach Hilbert, since my training program is too cruel and extreme for any normal human being. After I re-shape his mentality, He will need a teacher that is genius in battle which make William the perfect candidate. Although, William is still 10 years old kid but his comprehension about battle is almost on par with any ordinary grandmaster t.i.tle.
