"You should shower though, your hair smells funny." He commented breezily while still sniffing in her scent like a druggie.

With her sharp elbows, she made to hit his stomach, "If it smells, why then are you sniffing like a dog," she huffed.

Rubbing his stomach, he asked, "Can't you make a better comparison?" Trapping her with his embrace again, he added, "Besides, you smell so good."

"I've heard enough, I'm going to take a warm bath." She said, pushing him away. "Wait!" He called out, "One last one." Pulling her ponytail up, he sniffed down to her long graceful neck, where he hovered for a few seconds before running his tongue along her neck.

His sensual act made her red in embarra.s.sment. Pushing him aside, she complained, "I haven't showered and you know that. Why are you acting dirty today?" Ignoring her complaints, he slily asked, "Does that mean I can do that?"

"Haven't you, already?" She questioned, shaking her head.

"I'm just seeking for permission," he replied. Kim felt there was something wrong with his logic. Face-palming, she inquired, "So you act before asking for permission."

"It depends," he snidely remarked.

Staring into her eyes, he slowly strode to her, maintaining eye contact all the way. Meanwhile, her heart had began thumping.

Just a step a way, he pulled her forward, never breaking eye contact, he slowly moved his head until their noses touched, he lifted her chin and she shut her eyes. Rather than kiss her, he whispered just by her ears, "How I know you want to kiss me now."

Her temperature had raged as she turned red, wanting to scold him for teasing her, she stomped his foot, "You.. you." She angrily said but no words came out. She did not know how to refute him, indeed she had wanted him to kiss her. Not wanting to further embarra.s.s herself, she dashed to the bathroom. Leaving Carl behind laughing his heart out. Since she had previously agreed to signing up for a self-defense cla.s.s, the next morning, she headed to the gym with Carl. She had never seen such luxury in her life but since she was in public with Carl too, she had to control herself. Though she was really curious and wanted to go on a stroll, exploring the gym and what it had to offer, she held back. She even became more cautious so as not to offend anyone or break anything. She could not afford to get into trouble.

That is if the matter gets to court, after all, the poor can easily be threatened and oppressed. Forced to keep mute over pressing matters when the rich has more connections.

Not every rich person is a bully though. There are both good and bad rich people, same goes to the poor. So it is better to employ caution from the onset to avoid any sought of problem whatever.

As Carl made the necessary arrangements, Kim stood bankly behind him, if only he knew her thoughts. Too bad he couldn't read minds. And although she felt out of place and insecure, she didn't let it show. She appeared serene and unbothered, deep down it was different, her insecurity was eating her nerves.
