''Stop, give me a minute to arrange my thoughts...'' Complains the skull, but it is already too late, as his mind and consciousness are already getting synchronized with the Multiverse Gate/Gates.
While Ethen and Wade are trying to figure out how the Temples Gates actually work, a famished looking elderly man jumps around a pile of metal on a rack. Being in this secret underground hideout of the terrorist organization calling themselves the 'Ten Rings' for years now, the old man only recently has found a new reason to live.
Looking at the figure currently residing inside the pile of metal he asks. ''Can to your move to?...'' getting the vehement nod from the person inside, he demands. '... Say it again then 16 steps, left from the door, four to the right.''
From outside of his underground prison cell, one can hear the guards shout. ''Where is Stark?''
Ignoring the guard, the old man starts to only work faster on the pile of metal, as a m.u.f.fled voice from inside the metal pile tries to get his attention. ''Yinsen! Yinsen!''
Irritated the old man apparently called Yinsen says. ''Stark!''
''Say something?!''
Trying to figure out the language the guard still pestering them is using Yinsen tells Stark.''He is speaking Hungarian, I don't...''
Before can end his sentence a ma.s.sive explosion not only kills the two guards but also destroys the thick metal door sealing the prison cell.
Speak Hungarian.
''Okay...''
Surprised by the results of the b.o.o.by trap, that they had placed beforehand on the door, Yinsen stops working for a moment, somehow happy to see his captors dead.
''What don't you know?'' Asks the still m.u.f.fled voice from inside the pile of metal that by now looks very much like a crude robot.
Resuming his work, after shacking of his surprise the old man asks. ''How did that work?''
Ruffled Stark replies. ''It worked all right.''
Having finished his work on the now crude looking armor, Yinsen asks. ''What do I do now?''
From inside the armor, Stark instructs him. ''Let me finish this and you finish last powering sequence.''
''Okay...'' Says the old man, as he agile like a monkey gets himself in front of a crude barely functioning computer, before once again needing instructions. ''Now! Tell me, tell me!''
(Stark) ''F 11. Tell me when you see a progress bar. It should be up right now. Talk to me, tell me when you see it.''
Pressing F 11 and seeing a progress bar immediately pop up on screen, Yinsen tells stark. ''I have it.''
(Stark) ''Press Ctrl and me simultaneously.''
Looking hesitant at the keyboard the old man finds keys and presses them, before announcing. ''Got it.''
(Stark) ''Now press 'Enter'. I, 'Enter'. Come over here and seal me up.''
Already hearing the guard closing in on them through the underground tunnels leading up to underground prison, the old man says.''They are coming...''
(Stark) ''Doesn't need to look pretty, just get it done.''
Still listening to the sounds of a man running, Yinsen ignores his cellmate, saying.''... They are coming!...''
(Stark) ''Make sure that checkpoints are clear before you follow me out, OK?''
Coming to a cruel realization, the old man murmurs more to himself than his friend. ''... We need more time...''
(Stark) ''Okay.''
Not resuming his work on the armor, but instead taking an AK from one of the dead guards, Yinsen tells Stark. ''I'm gonna go buy you some time.''
(Stark) ''Stick to the plan!... Stick to the plan!. Yinsen! Yinsen!''
Looking back at the armor the old man tells the armor. ''Watch out! Stark.''
That said the old man mindlessly runs into the tunnels while shooting into the ceiling as to frighten the incoming guards. Being utterly alone, a pair of beautiful fierce brown eyes are forced to stay put, as a progress bar is agonizingly slowly filling up. As the progress bar nears its end, the lights in the cell begin to flicker, before the sounds of breaking metal can be heard in the now dark prison cell.
While Starks Prototype armor is devastating the secret hideout of the 'Ten Rings', Ethen is about to give up any hopes of ever getting his armor to build, as Deadpool is seemingly unable to open even one Multiverse Gate, because his mind is simply a mess.
''Oh, come on Wate!...'' Says Ethen frustrated, while seeing the most promising attempt to open a Gate jet end up in failure as the gate once again collapses. ''... Can't you stay focused for even one minute?''
''Hey! This time it really wasn't my fault!...'' Complains one mistreated skull. ''... How is it my fault that the Gate seems to reject my attempts to open a portal!''
Irritated, but still eager to finally once again leave this place, Ethen asks. ''Explain?''
''How am I supposed to explain?...'' Complains the skull of Deadpool, feeling wronged before he realizes the problem. ''... Now I get it... We are trying to connect to the wrong universe!...''
''Continue!''
''... We have eight separate sections here. If we a.s.sume that placement of the wall pillars isn't of random or for aesthetic purposes, I can only guess, that each of the eight sections represents one universe with all its multiverses.'' Concludes Wade proudly.
''Sounds too logical to be your idea...'' Comments Ethen, not necessarily thinking that the theory is wrong, but doubt that it originates from the skull. ''... Now tell me how did you arrive at this glorious conclusion?''
Smirking Wade tells him. ''I guess you could call it intuition!''
''Be serious!''
''I am...'' Says Deadpool, before whispering barely audible. ''... I got the intuition to consult the manual!''
Able to hear the skulls whispering, Ethen asks. ''What was that?''
''Noting!...'' The skull answers frightened before changing the subject by saying. ''... Now could you please, turn me 90° to the right.''
Doing as was requested, Ethen turns Deadpool in a 90° angle, so that the skull is now facing a different wall section. To his surprise, the first attempt at opening a Gate is an immediate success.
While Wade and Ethen are finally able to open gates to the Marvel Universe a heavily armored Stark catches up to this cellmate of the past two months. Neeling down beside the dying man, Stark opens up the helmet of the armor, revealing a beautiful and flawless face, saying. ''Come on. We gotta go. Move with me. C'mon, we got a plan, we need to stick to it.'
Smiling Yinsen tells the woman. ''This was always the plan, Tonja.''
Still h.e.l.lbent on helping her savior, Tonja Stark refuses to give up on her friend. ''Come on, you're going to go see your family again.''
With a bright smile on his face, Yinsen confesses to her. ''My family is dead... I'm going to see them now, Stark... It's okay... It's okay... I want this... I want this.''
Seeing her friend slowly drift away from her, Tonja tells him. ''Thank you for saving me.
With his dying breath, Yinsen tells her. ''Don't waste it... Don't waste your life.''
Seeing her friend's body turn lifeless, an angry and determined facial expression can be seen on her. Filled up by righteous anger she moves out of the underground cave system and into the light. As she does' Tonja faces off against more than fifty terrorists. Withstanding a bullet storm head-on, she says, after all, attackers magazines are empty. ''My turn.''
With that said, Tonja uses flamethrowers to ignite weaponry and terrorists alike. Seeing the flames reach a dangerous scale, she hits the armors flight mote b.u.t.ton. As she swiftly flyes out of the hideout, the place instantly blows up behind her. Flying at a relatively high alt.i.tude, the armors boosters suddenly malfunction and the flight ends in a crash landing in the desert.
