After all the notifications I take a look and my stats went up by a lot. I can't wait to see what new skills I get for reaching the Second Rank. As I'm looking at my status Finn and Shin are recovering and a new notification appears in front of me.

'This b.a.s.t.a.r.d is taunting me. I'll make you regret that you f.u.c.king goblin.' I say slightly annoyed at the notifications that showed up.

While the notifications have my attention Finn and Shin both recovered from the blast of the explosion magic and we continue to go through the dungeon.

"I think we can go faster than our current speed, these goblins aren't much." I say to Finn and Shin while taking out the Shadow Daggers from the inventory.

As they see the daggers both of them tense up but then they recover their senses and follow behind me as we run through the finished third floor. Based off of what Finn told me this dungeon has 10 floors with each floor becoming smaller as we go up until the boss room.

On the fourth floor, there wasn't much of a difference in the goblins other than a couple of evolved goblins that had some intelligence trying to have us run into traps they previously set. All throughout the fourth floor, there were terribly made traps. It looks so bad I thought that someone showed these goblins s...o...b..-Doo and they tried to copy Fred's traps. As the traps were deactivated Finn and Shin were both leading me through the deactivation as I had to do them myself.

"These traps are easy even for beginners. We're lucky that these traps are your first experience with them. Follow these steps and you should be able to disarm them." Finn says as he leads me through the disarming.

"Cut the rope here." Shin says points towards a rope behind a rock.

"This trap is an easy one, just cut through this spring here and the trap won't even set off." Finn says as he has me cut the spring. As I'm disarming the traps I get a notification from the system.

As I select yes for the system to use experience a wave of light that only I can see goes off in front of me as the knowledge flows into my brain.

'If I can comprehend skills while saving my skill points then I should probably use a sword then.' I say while putting the shadow daggers back into the inventory and looking at both my swords.

While trying to decide on which sword to use we walk through the hallway into the fifth floor. Stopping at the entrance I decided to look into the shop to see what swords they offer.

As I look through all the swords that are available I can't even find an end to them there's the Hero's Sword, a Dragon Slayer Sword, and even a Sword Master's Sword which was previously owned by a sword master.

As I get an answer an item description shows up in front of me and as I'm reading it I'm contemplating buying it.

As the sword is purchased it shows up in my inventory so I take it out and as I grab the handle a wave of surprise flashed in my eyes as I hold the sword. It feels as though I have been using this sword for years. The sword itself if just a normal iron sword but it gives me a sort of magic feeling as we continue through the fifth floor. My sword mastery may not be leveling up but I can clearly feel an improvement. I think I may be able to level it up without using skill points.

"We're halfway through the dungeon now, let's take an hour break before we continue on throughout the dungeon." Finn says as he grabs some snacks and water from a storage bag.

As we eat the snacks and stay hydrated with water Finn and Shin are talking as I sit down against the wall while trying to get a quick nap in. As I'm trying to close my eyes and rest I listen in to their conversation while looking at my notifications. It seems that I'm level 39 already and I didn't notice the notifications.

"So why did you say we need to follow him? He beat me in a fight and I can solo this dungeon. Why wouldn't he be able to?" Shin says to Finn as he sits down.

"It's mainly to set his foundation as an adventurer. He's talented but his focus is only on fighting. I mean you saw it when he was fighting but when it came to traps he had no knowledge whatsoever. As an adventurer no matter how strong you are there are times when you have your guard down so I'm trying to teach him the basics to at least ensure his survival." Finn says while staring at the ground.
