I Remember Love 43 An Unexpected Wake Up Call

Her sleepy eyes studied his face in quiet curiosity. It wasn't as though she hadn't had the opportunity to look study him before but it was the first time to do so where they weren't fighting or she wasn't being overwhelmed by him or outside influences.

Deep down, somewhere inside of her, the girl she had buried ages ago was responding to this man. And she could see why.

She had already remarked his height and presence the first time she saw him at the warehouse. But this was different. It was full on inspection of a different variety.

The man laying beside her was tall. Taller than her. His frame though seemingly slender was built solidly. There wasn't a spot anywhere on him that wasn't toned or somewhat muscular. He had a firm jawline. And his dark black hair fell in soft curls around his brow.

He had an almost delicate nose and on his chin there was thin layer of scruff from having gone without shaving these last few days. He had long full lashes. The kind that most women would envy. Just looking at his lips made her pulse race. They were thin and soft looking.

The longer she studied him the more her pulse began to race. Suddenly, and out of nowhere, she was able to recall everything they had previously done. In vivid detail. Just the recollection alone was enough to cause a small knot of tension to build in her stomach.

She was staring intently at this lips in silent fascination when she found herself wondering idly, what it would be like to kiss him. Just this once, on her own. The longer she looked the stronger the urge became.

Briefly, she raised her eyes to look up at him in silent contemplation. He seemed to still be sleeping. Leaning over him she cupped his jaw in her hands, which were shaking in anxiety for fear of being caught, and pressed her lips to his.

When Hunter didn't rouse from his sleep she heaved a sigh of relief and her curiosity continued to get the better of her. It was a first for her. The first time she had ever wanted to initiate this kind of contact with a man, the first she'd even had the inkling.

Keeping lips pressed lightly to his, she mimicked him and the way he had previously kissed her. She brushed her lips along the soft ridge of is upper lip and then the bottom. With each caress of her lips, she could hear her heart pounding in her ears. Even still she carried on, fully aware she would not have this opportunity again.

Amalia was fully immersed in the exploration of his mouth. So much so, that she didn't notice when Hunter woke up. How could he not under such bitter sweet administrations? The real problem was, how now to startler her. He had been longing for her acceptance for longer than he realized her, and to have her here with him, making such a bold move almost had him completely undone.

Hunter swallowed against the growing dryness in his throat as he did his best to remain utterly still. He had even succeeded for sometime, until he felt those soft pillow like lips of hers press down a litter firmer on his own. He felt her tongue trace the edge of his mouth as he had hers so many times before and groaned.

Before Amalia had a chance to pull away he tightened his arms around her bringing one hand up to curl itself in her hair.

Amalia stiffened briefly at the sudden and unexpected movement, her eyes flying up to meet a pair of dark cloudy blue ones staring back at her. There was such unabashed hunger in the gaze that hers that unconsciously she felt herself tremble.

The clock seemed to tick on endlessly as they gazed at each other. When Hunter felt Amalia slowly began to relax, he brought her lips back down to his own and kissed her. While it didn't feel as impa.s.sioned as it had the night before, this kiss was still hungry enough it would have made her limp. Amalia's world began to spin violently as she kissed him until at last, overwhelmed she found herself kissing him back.

There was no tender exchange between the two of them this time, it was more a subtly violent exchange of breathless kisses intermingled with the soft sighs and moans of hunger.

Within moments Hunter had her flipped onto her back as he tugged the hoody from her frame, his mouth anxiously seeking her flesh as he painted with soft feather light kisses. Hunter patiently worked his way down from her collar bone to her stomach where his hand found the waistband of her pants where he slid them from her legs.

He wanted so much to be gentle with her, to be patient, just as he had been their first night. But the sight of her naked before him almost pushed him over the edge. Without further delay, he was immediately divesting himself of his clothes.

He was in the process of tugging off her shirt and jacket when he was met with another surprise. Much to his shock and utter delight a pair of trembling fingers found their way to his shirt, aiding him in the removal of his clothing. It very nearly had him undone. Even more so when he felt those same curious hands tracing the lines on him stomach and chest.

By this time Amalia had pulled herself into a sitting position and with the same fascination as she had earlier when exploring his mouth she was now exploring his stomach and abs. It was like she was possessed and completely consumed by her hunger and curiosity. Her hands slid down his sides as found herself tasting his skin hesitantly.

Hunter was mesmerized as he watched her, her sharp blue eyes looking up at him from her lashes shyly as she kissed and caressed his torso while her fingers made their way to his jeans to free him from his close.Just proximity of his body was slowly undoing her. She could feel her body becoming restless and face flushed watching Hunter slide of his jeans. Her cheeks blushed a bright pink.

"Hunter?" Amalia whispered hoa.r.s.ely. She didn't know if it was a request, a plea or a statement. She just knew right now she needed him. To feel him, more than she had needed anything before.

Straddling her legs on the bed Hunter pulled her into his embrace and kissed her, softly at first and then more aggressively as he used his knee to part her thighs. Pulling away from her abruptly, he whispered softly, as he panted:

"Sorry...Lia..I can't wait anymore"

With that, he began to nudge his way inside her, her body tensing beneath him at first as soft whimpers escaped her lips. He wanted to be gentle, he did. But every sound she made just drove him closer to the end of his rope.

Hunter lowered his lips to hers and at the same time he began to move his hips he began to stroke the sensitive little bud at her opening doing his best to keep time with his moments. The more he felt her though, the more she responded the more desperate his movements began.

He was lost inside her, in the feel of her and completely oblivious to their surroundings when he felt a sharp pair of nails grazing his back. His eyes went wide as he looked down to see his mischievious little punk flushed deep red with desire, her arms holding him tightly and gripping him tightly as he movements became more and more powerful.

It wasn't romantic. It wasn't sweet nor was it gentle. It wasn't anything near as methodical as their first encounter. It also didn't matter. In the s.p.a.ce of what felt like a few moments they both went spiralling so far over the edge that when they finished they lay clinging to each other in the wake of their love making exhausted and out of breath.

Hunter looked down at the girl below him in amazement and shook his head, a slight smile curling his lips.

"Well, I can say this is a first." He laughed.

Amalia looked up at him quizzically, and then remembering where they were she turned beet red and hid her face against Hunter's chest.

"Don't worry, I told them not to disturb us too early. I wanted you to be able to sleep." He tilted her chin up to look at him and kissed her lips lightly before adding: "It looks like you didn't need it though."

Amalia just turned a brighter shade of red and slugged him, hard as she could, in the shoulder.

Which only served to make him laugh, all the more.
