Allen's pov

I don't remember how long I was unconscious, just through the brief moments I opened my eyes, I could feel myself being carried in a carriage, the rocky road making me b.u.mp into the corners. I could only groan in pain as my body was asleep.

Many flashes of people pa.s.sed before me as I opened my eyes again preparing for something bad. I opened my mouth but had no strength left inside me, I was asleep again.

The third time I opened my eyes I saw people wearing strange clothes, the cold weather making my skin ice. These people had marks all over their body not painted but cut wounds, some of them flesh ones, as the signs of blood still leaked through them. I closed them again, my eyelids heavy and my heart suppressed in fear.

My memories were coming back, Blake's eyes, his warmth, his kisses were all etched inside my body like an everlasting breeze.

I would have forgiven him, if he had made me understand what was happening, why he treated us that way?

I was afraid, terrified of him but somehow I knew deep inside he was the same Blake, the Blake that I loved and the Blake that cherished me.

I knew from the experience that night that this city wasn't what I was expecting, the wolves were more human-like.

But I never expected Blake to be one, I knew he had his reason if only I could see him once again, what would it cost.

I can imagine him, crying looking at the room which doesn't have my presence. It was never my intention to run away from him.

That day as the men kept me inside the room, I remember banging the door to let me out, my legs had given out, and I cried and cried until my screams became whispers.

My futile attempt to see my brother was nowhere a success.

As I cried on the bed, probably controlling in my anger to scream at Blake. I heard a few footsteps.

I raised my voice only to see a masked man meet me, his eyes red as blood shone through the room.

who are you, why are you here ?' I asked trembling as I knew he was dangerous from the way he carried a pocket knife in his right hand.

' you scream and I will kill you' he responded and my voice was already stuck in my throat.

I trashed the pillows at him but he dodges them so swiftly. With only an inch separating us he held his knife towards my throat, and I was still as ice.

He took out a white cloth and made me breathe it still my consciousness slowly faded away, probably picking me up over his back as my last scene was of him jumping from the balcony and into the woods that scattered beyond the mansion.

I could feel my body becoming weak as I hadn't eaten for days, the constant movement making me puke.

My body was numb without any movement and I was too tired to open my eyes. I felt my hands pulled apart only to be tied in a rope, the cold wind making me shiver.

I could hear a certain person talking, her voice loud and demanding like a leader.

It took me a lot of effort to open my eyes and when I did I was shocked, what was before me was a situation I could never imagine.
