I was surprised as I smelt Allen's scent near my house and without knowing I was on my feet. When I pushed open the main door, looking a her smile, I was already down on my knees but her brother abruptly interrupted, his annoying mouth blabbering whatever came on his mind. I wished I could chain him up in our dungeons.

' We are going out' I informed only to her nagging brother follow after us. I took her to the west side where our garden lied with fragment flowers and a waterbody. I always wanted to show this scenery to Allen, just us.

As she looked around, my eyes followed her, her curious eyes spotting all the houses that were present beyond the garden.

' Who stays there?' she asked pointing to the guest house

' That is our guest house, the rest are for my employees' I said, but now the Witherine's soul pack members lived there.

I saw Feriene shadow from afar but dismissed it thinking she might have come out to have a discussion. Max was wagging his tail to Allen as she held onto the rabbit, I wondered if a room full of rabbits would be enough to make her smile.

' run' she screamed, her eyes wide open in the direction of a wolf, I tried mind linking Feriene but she was cutting me off, I called Rock and my other pack members for support in case something went wrong.

I transformed and max came out unleashing his hungry claws and teeth on to her, I had given him full control if it meant protecting my mate.

Just a few minutes later both our pack started charging at each other without any mercy, they were already weak and hurt so it was a piece of cake for our strong warriors to defeat them.

When I turned back to check if Allen was safe, she was heading towards the exit, was she leaving me? LEAVING US? An unexplained feeling burst through me and I ran after them, growling at Kavin who held Allen's hand.

I blocked them till the guards caught her pushing them to the ground, the act of defiance, just thinking about my mate leaving me made me lose control.

I went behind the tree trunk which had pants and came out looking at them, my mate who was ready to leave my side even when I gave her so much of love.
