"You go ahead. I'll clean up then go to bed. It's not like you need me anymore all I am good at is potions." Hebe shouted a little too loud.
"I love you but you really need some sleep."
"Love you too!"
"Goodnight!" I shouted back as I walk away.
I went straight to my room and pulled on a clean set of clothes. Many said I had a particular eccentric taste. The truth was most witches liked colorful clothing so I wearing other witches clothes so I was force to wear colorful clothing too.
Grabbing a silk blouse with gold thread and pulling on pair of jeans. It was what I wear everyday day in day out almost as if it was a uniform. Many times I did change or spice it up but today and most other days I was too lazy to bother. I proceed on to put the rest of my rings as my aunts had ordered me to for my safety and they need me secured. Then I move to place my crystals in place and walk out the door locking it behind me and turn down the lamp post for security measures, activating extra protection spells. I added an extra Egyptian rune on the door protecting the place from the dead. My subconscious was screaming at me and I had the feeling that something bad was going to happen.
"Really hope it's enough," I mumbled.
Out on the street, it was really empty, none of the shops were open since it was early. So I grab my bike and went out. I knew I wasn't going to calling Phi any time soon.
Cycling along, I heard sounds and voices when something in a window caught my attention and I drop my bike sliding. Instantly going down flat on the ground hands covering my head, they fried six arrows at me and drove off at high speed just like in the movies. I caught a glimpse of the long black car no tint windows and no license plate, impossible to trace. There really wasn't anything to go by. The arrows burn to a crisp when it hit.
"That was close," I mumbled, "It's not like I could die or anything thing. But they don't need to know that do they."
This was a warning. Old school and close mind people who clearly didn't know me. I grab my bike and cycled as fast as I could. It's not good to wait until they came back or someone wanted to ask me questions.
