[Ancestor 3: We will go with your first proposal. We can accept your amount of spirit stones but flames are rare and investing on a single person will reduce the overall Clan Development. Ask for something else.]

[Ling Tian: Alright, you can replace them with the equivalent amount of high grade spirit stones.]

[Ancestor 3: It is acceptable, but Clan will not pay you in single transaction, it will create shortage of spirit stones, affecting the business in and out of the clan. How about you getting your own mines, and have your own people extract them for you. Along with spirit stones, different kinds of ores are found in the mines.]

[Ling Tian: It is acceptable, its even better, how about this instead of spirit stones every month for 3 years, just increase the number of mines. I would like if the mines are around the Kai Palace territories and if possible nearby territories are also included in the deal to merge in the Palace territories.]

[Ancestor 3: Sure, islands not too much west of the Kai Palace territories have large numbers of mines. But some mining island are barren for years because of poor environment. If you don't mind that, the whole group of mining islands will be transferred to you.]

[Ling Tian: Now, next is the books I wrote on Artifact crafting. I have already stated my minimum conditions. Here, please take a look and then talk about it's conditions.]

After that, I placed 6 books of crafting , 3 Basic of Artifact Crafting and 3 Advance Artifact Crafting of each 3 grades. Ancestors first browses through books and started to discuss among themselves.

After few minutes of discussion.

[Ancestor Baashir: Ling Tian, I think that these books are not to be sold outside Clan territories. Specially, Advance Artifact Crafting, it should not even be sold inside the Clan openly.]

[Ling Tian: Ancestor, I plan to earn huge amount of money and also I plan to study and write books on other occupations like Alchemy, I already have some understanding and it won't be long before I start to write book on it. As for selling matter, my target is to sell Basic of Artifact Crafting at cheap rates so that every artificer should have it and create a hype, when they realize that there is Advance Artifact Crafting book too. The matter about selling it inside the clan only is pipe dream, if the spies were to learn of the book they will surely pa.s.s on the books to other territories and may be even dub-copy the book in their version of it, so we will not losing only the book, but money also. Therefore, I plan to use the Clan's Trade mark and routes for ma.s.sive sell of the Basic level books in other influential territories and advance level will appear randomly in some auction with sky high price. How is my suggestion?]

[Ancestor 2: Yare yare, Looks like we have grown quite old. Alright, do as you like, but do business cautiously, limit the number of the advance level book selling, and use reputed auction house only.]
