Seemingly to have sense me the tiger's tail fur suddenly condense and turn into sharp spikes as it swing it at me, seeing that I abandon my attack to block the incoming tail.

The moment the tail made contact with my sword two arrows made their way to it's side but again, it's fur condense and become something like a body armor and deflected the arrows.

The tiger's tail hit me and push me back a bit, at the same time the tiger also stretch it's neck to try to bite Lucas face. Seeing that Lucas broke contact from it and ready his stance.

"Any ideas Elea?" Lucas asked with a big grin on his face.

"Those fur looks like it needs to condense at one point to be hard enough, if we can try to divide it's concentration then maybe we could hurt it." Elea replied as he fire two arrows and nocking another two by the end of his sentence.

"Hey foxy, your spell ready yet?" Lucas shouted to Luna at the back as he charges the tiger again.

Luna doesn't reply his question as she is concentrating on her spell, she could be seen glimmering a faint blue light and over time the glimmer turn brighter.

At her side Stephanie is shimmering in white light as she eyed the battle prepared to cast support to anyone that need it, just then she raised her staff and cast "light shield".

Lucas charged at the tiger with a thrust. as he got near the tiger made a quick turn, bringing it's tail in a sweeping strike. Lucas didn't stop nor change his course and as the tail got near it suddenly hit a translucent glowing barrier, the shield casted by Stephanie.

"Nice one Steph!" Lucas exclaimed and continue his thrust until it made contact, unexpectedly the tiger seem dumbfounded by what happened and couldn't react in time as Lucas sword manage to pierced his front left leg before it swipe it's claw at him. Lucas manage to jump away in time but the claw still left a long cuts on his left arm.

Before it could put it's claw down it roared in pain as it got scratch from one side and arrows deflected at the other, it then turn it's attention at the prey that scratch it.

While it was busy with Lucas, Vayne took the opportunity to sneak and cut the tiger's side but he wasn't quick enough to react as he was thrown into a tree by the tiger's tail, gaining him a couple of shallow bleeding hole across his chest and three fractured ribs.

The tiger didn't give him time to rest as it charges straight for the downed Vayne but part way in it, it stop and jump back to avoid a couple of lance made of ice. Following it the tiger got hit by a torrent of high pressure water, it didn't do any real damage to it but it could move it's wet fur.

Realizing this it let out an angry roar as it look at the fox with a garb it recognize as a mage, as it returned it's focus on it's prey it got even angrier as it has got back on its feet.

The tiger starts stomp it's feet on the ground, thinking it was throwing a tantrum and are currently vulnerable Lucas wanted to charge at it. But before he could do so he heard Vayne shouted "jump!" then he sees him jumped away from his previous position, not knowing why or what for has to jump he did anyway after seeing his friend did it.

Unbeknownst to him, everyone behind him also jump away from their previous position all he know is that the moment he jumped away 1m sharp spikes protrude from his previous position, if he were any slower he would have been pierced.

After Vayne got to his feet he noticed when the tiger stomping it's feet faint almost invisible yellow lines start spreading from it, he got a bad vibe from it and shouted "jump!" to everyone before jumping away, the moment he did some sharp spikes protrude and pierced his previous position all the way until it hits the tree.

Seeing all of its prey managed to get away unscratched from the skill it's so proud of, it went into a frenzy and lunged at the one that warned it's comrades.

Seeing the tiger lunged at him, Vayne aimed his sword and thrust it into it's abdomen. Vayne know he's the weakest among his friends but seeing the tiger losses it's cool he couldn't let the chance slip as he noticed the others are unable take it. Lucas is still recovering from his shock, Luna had to cancel her spell to evade the previous attack, Stephanie is in the same predicament, and Elea's arrow did practically no damages on its thick skin.

The sword connect but unable to kill it as it misses the tiger's heart, ignoring the pain the tiger pin Vayne to the ground and take a big bite on his right shoulder. Hearing it's prey howls in pain and seeing blood spraying out from the almost torn of arm, it felt satisfaction as it opens it's jaw to bite of it's head.

Vayne struggle on the ground as he howl from the extreme pain but unable to overpower the tiger, seeing the tiger about to bite his face despair and fear filled his heart. Unbeknownst to him deep within him something is happening.

As Vayne about to give up and let himself get eaten the tiger roars in pain and then it was thrown aside, revealing Elea and Lucas with blood sprayed over them.

"Vayne you okay?" Lucas asked before stretching his free hand towards him as Elea rushes to keep the tiger occupied. Hearing his question his fear and despair are replaced with grat.i.tude and a.s.surance.

"Of course not, look my hand is dangling on just couple of flesh now" he said as he took Lucas hand and got back to his feet.

Taking two out of the three healing potions he has, Vayne pour one over his wound and drink the other then at a visible rate his tendons, flesh and muscle gradually recover. While he was doing this Lucas had already left to a.s.sist Elea, the tiger after receiving two fatal wounds, one from Vayne and one from Elea stabbing it's back, and having it's front left leg dislocated from Lucas powerful ram has been weakened and slow down considerably.

But even with all this factors the tiger still fight with pride and not admitting defeat. Avoiding a cut from Elea's dagger it raises it's claw to swipe down at him but before it connects half of his front right leg disappear. With it's failed attack it loses its balance and fell to the ground.

Seeing the perpetrator of his wound it tried one last desperate lunges towards Lucas but before it could lift off the ground, five spears made of ice pierced it's body effectively nailing it down. But even with all of this it still desperately struggle to survive.

It tried to move and break the spears but it doesn't have any strength left, slowly the light fades from it's eyes until nothing more than a corpse is left.
