Undying Phantasia 10 The Tower

The day was great.The sun kissed Apolion's face giving him warmth.The gentle and merciless touch of the the cold wind pa.s.sed by in his body making him feel like freezing in a fridge.

The winter was coming.

The gate was 200 meters away from there-cube soon to be finished doing its duty to carry Apolion as its shelter.

He tapped the cube only to be turned into a small little cube in red in his hand of a crimson colour shining like a star in the morning's light.He learned how to transport the item from the book.

He walked from gra.s.sed to plants to trees all pa.s.sing by like citizens in a city.He finally arrived after 5 minutes fast paced in his own way.

Apolion's pov.

I am standing in a great door with pillars broken and half-sunken with the vast walls as towers extending through far away.

I enter withing as I push the doors.I am trembling for fear of any dangers.However, it might be worth it.See what I can find!

He stepped in a green land.The world was shining it was as if the Stone Hedge's land is there contrasting with the dark forest from behind.

Ehh? it is as if i stepped in another world as if my world of forests is finally over. Murmured Apolion as he was watching the scenery.

It was all green oddly,however, ancient runes could be found.Broken structures of stone giant stone buldings were present as its decoration from both sides and everywhere.

Hmmm?! what is that? said Apolion curiosly as a giant tower extending towards the heavens is there.

It was mighty and yet old.Hammered by time and destruction of an unknown power.It lay there tall viweable towards the land,however there was one problem.

How far can that beeeee!! screamed Apolion in annoyance after that moment.

Long minutes of walking till he found the tower.

He was close to the door as if he was facing an old castle.The door is wooden and metallic oxidized parts were there too.

Apolion's Pov

As I entered this big tower I saw a place filled with ancient mystery with castle-like features.

The place was round as a flat ball.I saw pillars similar to ancient Greece's structures of palaces.The room was dark yet little light could be seen from the broken stabbed walls.

A stair of gigantic magnitudes was present to me.

I went for curiosity.As I stepped the stair there was no reaction i guessed it would be safe.i went uphill ;it kept on driving to the very peak.Now I was in the side of the walls with pa.s.sages leading me to above.

I found another door after a long tiring way.I am even sweating.This might not even be worth it i am probably wasting my time but i must preserve with patience.Since as the old masters said "patience is key".

I opened the door only to be greeted by a new world.It was filled with luxury all over.Designs were very extravagant as if it was the mansion of a rich man back in Earth.Except this time very old fashioned and palace-like typical of medieval times.It was a big room it

The room was round it seemed it had no roof as I stared upwards i could see nothing but a hole.A endless hole indeed.

I saw golden pillars around the circular palace.Also some old nooks left in the corner being decomposed.

But nothing caught my attention more than a door in the other side.

However as I stepped in.

The flow started to glow.Circles after circles formed from the big sizes to the small going to a peculiar destroyed little altar which seemed to hold something but now half-sunken and seemed raided.It was located in the middle but i did not pay much attention.

Rumble!

This is a trap!? I screamed in my head I should have being more careful.But the fact that it has traps means that there is something valuable left here even if this place was raided althou not always true within risks comes success.

I immediatly moved back before...

Ahhh!

A deep howl could be heard a skeleton appeared out of nowhere from the ground and grasped my leg.A zombie in skeletal form with an warrior's armour.His flesh was grey and brown he had no visible meat in the skull ..because it was a skull!

This can't be! I gasped before I immediatly used a basic technique of the scroll to smash the skull out of this d.a.m.ned monster.

Fire ignited towards my hand.It got stronger in an instant that started to show its ferocious fire aura extending towards everywhere in the air.

I gripped my hand and

Bang!

As I punched it as hard as possible

The head of the zombie went flying till it burned constantly.

The Wrath of the fire's first style, of the physical realm,attack of the Fire's Wrath chronicles,

Ferocious Burning strike.

This is one of the techniques the scroll offer,however, not the only style or realm or as you have guessed ,t.i.tle.

Ahh I did it..My first kill I guess but probably does not apply to me since its just a zombie already dead probably that's why I was able to maintain calmness to this stage which was fine,however,it was terrifying indeed; but I can't maintain focus as I see more coming out in the ground.

They now all formed fully they had swords and seemed a little stronger.The amour is those of western armours-knights.

They were around 100 and looked strong.

This day might be the end of my life but at least I got a 3 life hack just like some kind of cheat I guess which should save my life and al thou for others its unfair,not my problem.But the issue is I am not sure how is it supposed to work exactly to activate it.And also they can't be this vague to never let me know.They must have put in it somewhere in that book .I haven't finished it so I will just quickly go and check it later if I am alive...but no time for regrets.

A sudden realization came to me.Hold on if that door behid me was open I could just go back-

Rumble!

The door suddenly closed with a great ma.s.sive wall in golden machine-like appearance as if something were turned off.

d.a.m.n it! I should have escaped instead of just wondering as the old masters said 'In the cave you most fear lies the treasure you most seek' well I am not too convinced now but I guess there is a 'light you seek in the darkness you face'.

I am just 16 please be easy on me....and also I didn't celebrate my birthday last year in August because of this.Be lenient with me.I beg you! let me pa.s.s this hardship successfully.

Prayed Apolion to life before he immediately got back on his senses ;and with a nervous stance filled with contradicting fearlessness.

"It's now or never! Let's fight!" said Apolion before immediately dashing to the battlefield of the palace-like's newly created arena.
