Thousand Years Promise 13 Red Tiger

Staring blankly out the window across the empty hallway Fuzuki's mind raced as she recalled that guy's sudden appearance. She had believed after their first encounter that it would be the last time she would ever see him. For fate to pull such a trick for the two to attend the same academy was something she had not expected.

Her mind drifted to their first meeting, the sad lonely look on his eyes as he silently cried. His expression seemed even more empty, cold as he was surrounded by all those admirers.

Shaking her head she sighed leaning her back against the wall as she gazed up at the ceiling.

"It's no point, he probably doesn't even remember me," Fuzuki muttered to herself with another sigh. That was just once it would probably never happen again.

As she convinced herself the sliding doors of the cla.s.sroom slid open as a kind face teacher poked her head out into the hallway to stare at Fuzuki.

"You can come in now." The teacher smiled brightly encouraging the young girl to step inside. Squeezing her grip on her bag handle Fuzuki let out a small hesitating smile before silently stepping forward. With another encouraging smile the teacher moved aside to allow the young student to come inside. The cla.s.s was almost quiet except for the low chatty muttered that seemed to be carried through out the cla.s.sroom. Eyes piercing at her, up and down as they judged her appearance. It made her feel suddenly small as if she was standing on a large stage with thousands of eyes staring up at her waiting for her to make the first move.

"Quiet down students. Today we have a new transfer student joining us today. I hope you all welcome her nicely." The teacher spoke loudly catching attention of all the students in the cla.s.sroom as they grew silent waiting for Fuzuki to introduce herself. Hesitating Fuzuki raised her head silently staring around the room before her eyes met the familiar hazel eyes as her dark red haired cousin sat close to the back with a bright smile as he gave her a small wave. Under no ones eyes he waved his index finger over his smile silently gesturing for her to smile.

Feeling a small sense in relief she faced the rest of the cla.s.s with a hesitating smile.

"It's nice to meet you all, my name's Fuzuki Shikibe. I hope we can all get along." Fuzuki said with a charming smile at the end sending cupid arrows at the males in the cla.s.sroom. Even few females blushed lightly at the sight of her smile.

"Eh? Did she say Shikibe?"

"Does that mean she's related to Hotsumsenpai?"

"Whoa, amazing genes that Shikibe family has."

"Wonder if she's single."

The last whisper of cla.s.sroom gossip heard by Fuzuki caused her to blush turning her eyes to the ground embarra.s.sed. Something in that simple gesture of shyness caused the males in the cla.s.sroom to be struck even harder. Their hearts racing as few even let out a nose bleed, their stares suddenly staring at Fuzuki like wolves in heat in front of the only female wolf in the pack. None realizing that the young girl wasn't a female wolf but a frightened bunny.

"You can take that seat in the back."The teacher said smiling gently as she gestured to the empty seat in the back behind Hotsuma. Relieved by the seating arrangement Fuzuki walked in slight fast steps to her seat feeling uncomfortable under the heavy stares she was receiving. Only after taking a seat did she let out a sigh her eyes dropping towards the desk in front of her.

Not noticing the stares of the males in the cla.s.sroom, they watched her from the corner of their eyes as a strand of her light brown hair fell free from behind her ear. As she reached up with her slim finger to brush it back behind her ear the boys blushed as the sunlight from the window besides her suddenly shined against her vibrant calm light green eyes. Their eyes fluttering as her long dark eyelashes brushed against her smooth cheeks as she blinked innocently. Their hearts suddenly feeling light as they stared at the innocent beauty in the cla.s.sroom.

The temperature in the room dropped as a dark aura spread across the room towards them. Shivering at the intensified dark cold aura, they stared up looking around the cla.s.sroom before their faces grew pale body trembling in fear. Turning his body side ways the young master of the Shikibe family placed his elbow on Fuzuki's desk almost as if staking his claim. Glaring at all the boys in the cla.s.sroom with a cold dark murderous look. His hazel eyes flashed dangerously as his whole appearance changed to that of a roaring red tiger. Growling at the in rage as he raised his free hand cracking his fingers. The simple yet very threatening dangerous gesture was enough to make the once wolves in the cla.s.sroom turn to small terrified puppies. In a matter of a second every male of the cla.s.sroom faced straight forward sweating in fear of the red tiger in the cla.s.sroom.

Unaware of the dangerous threat her cousin had made to the males in the cla.s.sroom Fuzuki broke out of her thoughts as she heard her cousin sigh. Gazing up at the boy the innocent bunny stared up at him worried as he lifted his elbow from her desk crackling his fingers. Her confused eyes catching the flinching in the shoulders of the males as they heard him crack his fingers.

"Hotsu-nii?" Fuzuki asked confused, staring down at his innocent cousin the boy smiled warmly reaching out to pat her head.

"Nothing for you to worry about okay?" He asked her with a closed eyed smile leaving the confused girl to nod her head along with his words. With one last smile he turned away facing the front of the cla.s.s leaving the poor girl even more confused. Her eyes scanning the cla.s.sroom not helping but feel she had missed something. What happened?

In the front of the cla.s.sroom the smiling teacher gazed around the cla.s.sroom before noticing the empty seat besides Fuzuki.

"Eh? Mr. Crosszeria isn't here yet?"
