9. My girl power appeal lost to my mommy power

And so.

Today as well, we're eating food chummily.

Today's menu was ranked 1st for cunning women, nikujaga. 1

The yakuza were eating happily with slackened faces, but not one of their hearts were stolen by my「girl power」. 2

「Seconds!」

「Yes yes」

「Me too!」

「Yeーs」

……Rather, what is this faint feeling. Hah, maybe I didn't raise my girl power, but my「mommy power」……!?

Well, it's not like I wanted to have a romance anyways so it's fine though……

I proposed those safeguards, but the uselessly faithful President granted me a vacation, so after that day I basically made the yakuza onii-sans food every day.

It's kinda embarra.s.sing, while saying something like「I won't be able to make it much!」, this happens.

But well, if the onii-sans are happy then it's fine.

By the way, the Skinhead onii-san who initially talked with me was called Kawata-san.

The Host-like onii-san was Sengawa-san, the Thug-like one was Itou-san, and the Intelligent-looking one was Hosoi-san.

It seems this place is a 10 minutes drive away from the Kazama group's 3 office, and if everyone stayed at the office it'd be inconvenient, so it seems like there were several places prepared to stay on standby.

And, this place was their standby position.

Typically they showed their faces at the office first thing in the morning, then did their jobs around this place as the central point.

I wonder what they mean by inconvenient. Maybe it's to disperse the fighting force in case of a raid……

And, what they do for their jobs…… No, it's scary so let's not think about that.

I didn't have much interest so I didn't probe into it, but since the four's conversation topics jumped here and there, I learned that the Kazama group's organization was fairly big.

They originally had influence in Kansai 4 , and within 20-30 years, in order to influence Kanto 5 , it seems they've set up a branch here.

Kawata-san and them are originally from Kanto, but they entered Kazama group out of fate.

Uーn, yakuza affairs are kinda scary as expected.

Well, because no one cooked for themselves, they often went out and bought food somewhere. But there were only a handful of stores in this area. They were pretty anguished at the meager dietary options.

I brought over tonjiru and freshly made rice at such a time, and they had an awakening towards food. It was……

――Simple meals are delicious!

I know how they feel. If I continued overtime and my business trips, I would crave simple dishes too.

I've also been joining in the meals here lately.

As I thought, the more people you eat with, the tastier it is.

It's nice to sit around the small round table with 5 people packed in, like the olden days.

And, I bought tableware and a pot.

The pot at my house, other when using it to make tonjiru, all I have is a small one suitable for one person.

Since I had the chance to eat it with everyone, I bought a large earthenware pot.

You can't really eat nabe 6 alone, so I was a little happy.

Saying so, tomorrow is mizutaki! 7

Cooking rice and making a rice gruel would be nice too!!!
