Early in the morning, Maid Meng intended to seek for her lady. Opening the door, she saw Hua Qingxin running back with tears in the the emperor's robe, which was decorated with the image of a dragon above auspicious clouds. Her hair was messy, and her underdress was torn into shreds. Poor creature. Maid Meng understood what had happened immediately.

"Beauty, what are you doing? Get down, get down please…" Maid Meng knew what had happened, but she didn't expect the consequence.

She thought that Hua Qingxin would give up on Prince Yun Hai and acted as an obedient Beauty in the imperial harem. Hua Qingxin did give up on the prince, only because she intended die.

"There is no hope in my life.  If I kill myself now, I may get reincarnated earlier…" Hua Qingxin tried her best to hang herself.

Looking out of the window, towards the direction of Prince Yun Hai's residence, Hua Qingxin muttered, "In fact, I want to see him for the last time."

Maid Meng supported Hua Qingxin to get down. "Prince Yun Hai goes to the court every day. I'll meet him as soon as he goes back from the court."

Finally, Maid Meng managed to calm Hua Qingxin down. Hua Qingxin did not allow her maids to take away the white silk rope. She dismissed all the maids and sat in front of a window, staring at the door of the palace while waiting for Prince Yun Hai with sighs and groans.

A man showed up and entered into the room soon.

The maids kneeled on the ground, "Greetings, your majesty."

Hua Qingxin held the white silk rope immediately, as if she saw a ghost, "Keep away from me, or I will hang myself."

Yun Cang laughed. He took the rope away with one hand and held the waist of Hua Qingxin with the other, sighing, "Hey, I know you're acting. No need to be so serious. I'm here, with the awards."

What? Hua Qingxin suddenly understood that the emperor thought she was asking for awards with the trick of hanging herself.

Right, this was what Yun Cang thought. He pointed at the jewelries firmly, as well as a palace card, and said proudly, "See? You are Ronghua Hua now."

Yun Cang waved his hand, to dismiss the maids.

He then changed his expression and pushed Hua Qingxin to make her sit at the bed. He raised one leg on the bed post and said smugly, "Ok, I understand. All women are double-faced. From now on, no matter what you want, just tell me. I'll give you as long as I have it."

Staring at the self-confident emperor, who thought himself so wise and good at judging women's characters, Hua Qingxin kept silent for two seconds, and then turned around and looked out of windows, "I just want quietness."

"Well, then I'll give you a quiet chat." Yun Cang put down his leg and took her to sit beside the bed. He touched the bed and smiled, "I'm not used to this. Let's go to the Imperial Garden."

"I'd rather hang myself…"

"Alright, alright, I'm joking."

"Listen up. Just leave me alone." Under overwhelming desperation, Hua Qingxin said firmly.

"Ok, I'll come after I get back from the court." He walked out, and ordered the palace maids, "Take good care of Ronghua Hua. You'll be beheaded if she has any injury."

"Yes."

Hua Qingxin relieved a bit after Yun Cang left. A palace maid came to pay respect to her.

"Is this Beauty Hua?"

Hua Qingxin thought she must be the maid of some concubine who tried to fawn on her, so she answered in a cold voice, "No, I'm not."

That palace maid said, "Ronghua Hua is summoned by the Empress Dowager. It is a heavy offense if she refuses her majesty."

Hua Qingxin put on a smile instantly, "I'm Ronghua Hua!"
