The archangels were planning on descending however they couldn't decide whether to descend together or one at the time. They even wanted to invite the angel of cure, Archangel Raphael with them and since it was a suggestion of the angel of wisdom, Archangel Uriel all of them kind of believed him.

Almost everyone had questioned the capability of Archangel Raphael to fight yet in the words of the angel of wisdom, it seems that Archangel Raphael is kind of a fighter. The kind that wouldn't easily lose to fighting maniacs like Archangels Zadkiel.

Archangel Gabriel asked, "What do you mean by your words? Isn't Raphael incapable of fighting?"

"If that's what you thought? Go and ask him if he wanted to descend with us. It's better to have a healer than none at all if we are going to fight," said the angel of wisdom, Archangel Uriel.

The silly Archangel Gabriel didn't understand the hidden meaning in Uriel's words and like Archangel Zadkiel he is also out of the loop. Only Archangel Samuel turned muted not wanting to get involved in this conversation.

But before Archangel Gabriel could fly away, Archangel Zadkiel grabbed him.

Archangel Zadkiel asked, "Aren't you afraid of Michael? Raphael is helping with his work. Are you going for sure?"

Archangel Gabriel looked terrified when he recalled the fact that Archangel Raphael was currently in the main cloud palace of Michael and was helping him with work and acting as the middleman between them and Archangel Michael.

"I suddenly don't want to go now," said Archangel Gabriel as his wings wilted before he could fly away.

Archangel Uriel said, "Don't worry. At this time, Michael should be away from his palace checking the situation of the borders. He is currently not in his palace. Go now before he comes back."

"Then I will be back!" said Archangel Gabriel as he happily flew away knowing that he wouldn't b.u.mp into Michael.

Archangel Samuel said, "Wasn't Michael's patrol yesterday?"

"Don't worry. I just wanted Gabriel to indirectly inform Michael about our plans and see how he would react," said Archangel Uriel.

Archangel Zadkiel said, "Uriel, you are such a bully. Gabriel will cry once he is back."

Archangel Gabriel shouted, "Raphael, Raphael let's descend to the human world. The humans are being attacked by... De...-mons. Why are... you..." His words become broken as he sees someone who shouldn't be here.

As happy Archangel Gabriel flew through the Palace of Clouds, the more he reacted the moment he saw Archangel Michael smiling at him.

Archangel Michael said, "This is my palace. Of course, I will be here. Did Uriel trip you up again?"

"Who plans to descend in the human world and why are the demon's attacking the humans?" Archangel Raphael asked.

Archangel Michael said, "Maybe because the human race got Lucille's wings before he became a fallen. I didn't expect it to attract the demons to the human world though. I was using it as bait to find someone."

The two archangels looked surprised by his words and couldn't believe that the chaos in the human realm was because of Archangel Michael.

Archangel Gabriel asked, "Do you no longer care about the humans anymore?"

"Oh~ as long as a pair of male and females exist among that race, they can propagate as much as they want. Who cares if a few of them die?" said Archangel Michael.

These words chills the being of Archangel Gabriel. Now he is sure that the Michael who was gentle and kind before was just a false figure. The real Michael might be worse than Lucifer. A cold-hearted one with no sympathy in his being.

Archangel Raphael asked, "Is it okay for us to descend and help the humans? You will not stop us?"

"No. Do as you wish. Why should I stop you for things you wanted to do?" said Archangel Michael.

The gloomy look of Archangel Gabriel fades and is replaced by confusion mixed with surprise. He didn't expect Michael to give them an answer like that. He might have changed to being nonchalant from overworking like before. His core seems to be still pure.

Archangel Gabriel asked, "Can we really go?"

"Of course. You're the one working your a.s.s why should I stop you. Hehe~" replied Archangel Michael.

Archangel Gabriel said, "You..."

Archangel Michael laughed at the childish reaction of Gabriel while Raphael was trying to stop him from coming over to complain.

Archangel Raphael said, "Then we are going now."

"Go. Come back later to continue your work," Archangel Michael said as he waves the two of them out of his palace.

As soon as the two disappeared, the friendly smile on Archangel Michael's face disappeared and only coldness was left behind.

Archangel Michael mumbles, "If I find him I should just kill him including his soul to get done with it. Getting involved with the man connected to the main soul is simply a bigger problem. With the subordinate of the main soul at my side, I cannot make any obvious moves. Tsk! So overprotective."

After rejoining with the rest, Archangel Gabriel and Archangel Raphael told the rest of the Archangels what happened in the Palace of Clouds, especially how Archangel Michael reacted to their plans to descend into the human world.

"It was scary but not at the same time. It seems that Michael truly changed, however he isn't completely cruel. He just became apathetic. So is that his real face?" Archangel Gabriel asked.

The Archangels turned silent at this question as no one knows how to properly answer it. It can be said that Michael no longer fits the purity angel possesses, he can curse out loud, say things that are full of indifference yet at the same time he doesn't kill them discriminately. It's just that he stopped caring not only towards the angels, but also towards the humans and the demons.

All together it can be said that nothing in this world interests him anymore which is why he is like a child throwing tantrums and acting like a villain.

Archangel Uriel said, "Maybe like you said he wasn't as bad as we thought. However, his indifference is what made his former self completely no longer exist."

"Moreover, he even said that he killed our Creator father in which I couldn't understand why he did such a thing. Is it for authority or something else? Also as we don't know the answer for this it will be hard to trust him again. At least, that's how I feel."

The other Archangels also understood Archangel Uriel's standing and at the same time, they are confused which place they should stand now as angels who not only lost their leader but also got their creator killed.

Archangel Raphael suggested, "How about focusing on what is happening in the human world first? Once that is done we can worry about the rest."

This suggestion was accepted by all archangels and they all made a decision to descend in the human world. Archangel Uriel was silently watching Archangel Raphael while the latter noticed him staring and gave him a gentle and healing smile.

In the end, all of them except Archangel Michael had descended to the human world. No one knows whether they will become the ally of the humans or just the enemy of those from h.e.l.l.

Beside him, Archangel Jophiel (Hei'An) was trying to track where Devil Asmodeus (Lord Chaos) is. With three soul fragments with ego in this world, merging with one another is not impossible. It's just that once they merge one of them would disappear.

Satan asked, "Have you found him yet?"
