Dragon's Heart 28 Chapter 13: Sarah's Hidden Truth And Meeting The Son Of Dracula, Alucard

As the three continued on, they encountered creature after creature. "Ugh, why are they so many of these d.a.m.n things out here?!" Kamilah groaned. "Well, this is Transylvania, kinda expected", Sarah joked. Takeo, having regained more of his strength and being able to fight a bit better, kept trying to light a fire in his hand, but still only sparks. Then they were attacked by some more monsters. "Oh, for f.u.c.k's sake, can't we catch a break?", Kamilah exclaimed. "You came with us on your own, so you signed up for this", Sarah said, knocking away some of them. One lunged at Takeo and Takeo jumped back. He reflexively tried to shoot fire out his hand, but again only sparks. The sparks, however, distracted the monster and Takeo spun around and kicked it into some other monsters, knocking them away. "I see someone is in fighting condition", Kamilah joked, striking the monsters with a bolt of lightning from her hand. "Yeah, but I'm still far from what I need to be", Takeo said, low sweeping a few monsters. After they dealt with the monster, they pressed on.

After a couple of encounters with monsters and a long trek, they made it to the castle. "Geez, foreboding much?", Kamilah said, looking up at the castle. "I won't lie, it's creeping even me out", Sarah said, nervously laughing. Takeo stood there with a serious but creeped out look on his face. "Well, c'mon, let's go in", Sarah said, walking in. "W-wait,", Kamilah shouted. "What exactly are we going in here, you only mentioned that we needed to go to Transylvania", Takeo questioned, "well, here we are, so now what?". Sarah paused then asked, "You two know the story of Count Dracula, right and you know he has a son?". Kamilah and Takeo nodded. "Wait, doesn't he have-", Takeo began but stopped, as if something told him to. Both Sarah and Kamilah looked at him, confused. He shook his head, "forget about it", he said, smiling. "Anyways, I believe I know where he is, so it shouldn't tak-" Sarah began before a voice sounded out that stopped the three of them. "You believe you know?! C'mon, Sarah, you know lying is bad", said Jackson, stepping out from the shadows. "Jackson!!", Sarah and Takeo exclaimed. Takeo immediately lunged at him, spun around, and tried to kicked him. Jackson, blocked his kick, said, "talk about a violent way of saying h.e.l.lo". "f.u.c.k you", Takeo growled, jumping back. "Oooo, and a potty mouth too" Jackson joked. "Wait, what did you mean by what you said earlier?", Kamilah interrupted. "Well, ask her, she knows the most about the current situation", Jackson said. "I mean, she is Dr", then Sarah tried to attack Jackson, cutting him off from what he was about to say. "tch tch, it's rude to interrupt someone when they're talking", Jackson said, dodging her. Sarah continued to attack him. Then Jackson kicked her down to the ground. "Man, why are you so inclined to stop me from saying...wait, wait, you didn't tell them, did you?! Oh, wow, c'mon Sarah, you seriously tell your best friend there?! What a great friend you are", Jackson mocked, laughing. "Well, I'll leave with this", Jackson said, "Takeo". Takeo looked at him. "Now that you're aware of her real life, I'm sure you're starting to question a few things that Sarah told you about her life, well toodles", he said, walking into the shadows. Sarah gritted her teeth. "Sarah", Takeo said in a serious voice, "enough secrets, of all people, I at least deserve to know". Sarah went quiet. "Sarah!!!", Takeo pressed her. She sighed and said, "That d.a.m.n Jackson, should've known he would pull something like this".

She turned to Takeo and looked at him with eyes of sadness. "My name isn't Sarah Valaris, it's Seraphine Vlad Tepes, I'm the daughter of Dracula", Sarah said. This made Takeo and Kamilah looked surprised. Sarah explained that when her and Alucard's mom was executed at the stake for her ties to Dracula, One of Dracula's allies, a woman called the Blood Countess Elizabeth, took Seraphine far away so she wouldn't face the wrath of her father and those who feared her. Seraphine was renamed Sarah and grew up in a city that had a barrier put around it to his her scent from her father and anything that would try to kill the lineage of the Vampire King. "...then what's the real reason why you're wanting to go here?", Kamilah asked her. "...To end my father's curse on the world", Sarah replied with a serious look in her eyes.
