"Hey, can we meet?" Andy called over the phone.

"I have baked your favorite cake and I've got a another present."

The person on the other line agreed without hesitation which brought a twisted smile on Andy's face.

It was a one chilly night. Andy got out of her car and gaze upon the entire height of the building in front of her before making her way inside.

She rung the doorbell as soon as she reached Lea's apartment.

The girl welcomed her warmly, already in her night gown. Andy smirked at the back of her mind.

"What's that?" Lea asked.

Besides the cake on her left hand, she also carry something in her right.

It's nothing big, but Lea can't figure out what it is because it was covered with a dark shade of clothing.

"It's a present."

"A surprise present." Andy answered.

That brought a flirtatious smile on Lea. They made their way to the kitchen.

"Guess I will have a taste of the cake first." Lea said sounding excited and pulled a drawer in search for a knife.

But Andy already pulled out one from her pocket and stabbed it right at the center of the round cake.

Lea jolted. Her visitor stabbed it with force. She arched her brow in question as she look intently on the knife.

It wasn't a knife for pastry at all. It's more of a dagger with a hole at the end of the handle.

Also, the air around Andy begun to thickens but her smile remains the sweetest.

"Oh, did I startle you?"

"Sorry about that." She then started to slice the cake with that dagger.

Lea just intently observing unable to move or say anything.

"Right, can I borrow a shirt I can wear?" Andy requested.

"I smell like a trash bin as I ran my way here."

Baffled, Lea just nodded. She can already feel uneasiness that something is not right.

And so she kept on glancing at Andy as she walk her way to her bedroom to get that change of clothes.

Then again, she jolted for the second time as she turned around from her closet. Andy was already standing and looking down on her bedside table where her phone is. She didn't even notice her entering.

Lea's fear gradually grow. Though, she doesn't know certainly why but Andy's aura gave off wrathful grimace. It was as though the air around her felt so heavy and dark.

Then Andy suddenly stabbed Lea's phone with the tip of the dagger in her hand.

It broke.

Lea gasped. "What are you doing?"

Andy turned with a loathsome grin and a murderous eyes.

"A chess p.a.w.n to your game?" Andy sarcastically uttered.

Lea instinctively took a step back; her heart begun to raise and her muscles shook.

"I was a good pitcher in middle school." Andy casually said while tossing Lea's broken phone in the air... then threw it hard, hitting a flower base across the room.

The sound of shattering gla.s.s made Lea to scream in fear.

"Ops, no screaming." Andy gestured for silence.

Her hand was playing the dagger masterfully by then.

"Scream, or I might slip my hand and may cut your throat."

Terror sucked the very breath of Lea. Her chest tightened in fear as she covered her mouth to silence herself.

Andy went to close the window in the other side of the room and commanded Lea to open that present she brought earlier.

It was laid down in the center of the bed already.

Climbing on the bed with her trembling legs, Lea pulled the clothing covering that present with her shaking hands.

Another gasped of air escaped from her lungs.

It was a white mouse in a cage.

"Free it." Andy commanded.

Lea did so without question even if she has dozens of them.

The mouse crawled out of the cage, stopped for a second on the bed then blood spread gradually on the white sheet as Andy's dagger pierce through the mouse body.

Lea let out a small cry of shock witnessing the mouse twisting in pain as pinned by the dagger on the bed.

Lea felt like vomiting.

"Oh, I'm also good at dart." Andy said while slowly walking closer.

"I'll do the same if you try to walk out."

Lea shivered in fear looking at Andy's smug face; smug like a snake.
