He pulling his strength out of G.o.d knows where. The only thing keeping him in the game ironically was the pain, it was the only thing left. He'd long forgotten or used up the surge of strength he got from any other reason. At the end of the day, their greatest use was telling him he wasn't so crazy to walk in here and pick a fight with this thing.

And it did allow him to stay in it at first. He piled them on, so that he wouldn't look back, so that he wouldn't stop... so that he wouldn't runaway. And who wouldn't want to run away, sure it was thrilling, sure it made his blood rush, but even feral beasts knew when they met their match. After every broken bone, every little drop of blood, each and every little piece of flesh he lost, the only thing left was pain.

He was hurt, badly at that. The adrenaline had long flowed out his body with his blood but the thought was still there, it hurt him, so at this point, with nothing left, he was going to hurt it as much as he could.

One of the traps released it's grip on the beast under his control, allowing it to move back out of the range of the Flaming silk trap which was cutting into it's flesh. But that wasn't his end game.

With the free arm, he swung it into an uppercut, smashing it against the jaw of the beast before turning it into a deadly right hook, Some of the flaming silk traps uncoiled it self and latched on to anything it could find, shaving scales here and there as the arm pa.s.sed by, it definitely felt that one. It tried to shake off the pain, put there was still more to come, it tried to open it's mouth to let out another roar but it found it's mouth stuffed with the chimaera, everything from barbed wrap traps to bite traps sunk itself into it's fleshy tongue before ultimately tearing it out of it's mouth.

It let out a gurgled screech as it's blood flooded it's own mouth, it tried to back away, not just to get out of the stalemate but to get away from this lunatic. Zhao Wei didn't relent, he focused on the arm and compressed the end into a drill of wrap traps and flaming silk traps that dug into the bottom of it's jaw, quickly piercing it before curling out like a fish hook, the bite traps sinking into it's flesh to make sure it didn't come loose.

He let go of it with the other arm which was holding it close enough to pummel it and repeated the process this time drilling into it's upper jaw and breaking out it's snout. The thing screeched even more, it hadn't ever been hurt this bad in it's life, it finally released it's body from the binding of the quick cement trap, curling forward to try and latch onto the giant arm and break it, but this was the thing Zhao Wei needed.

As much as the quick cement trap around it's body was keeping it here, it was also something the beast could latch onto to pull itself back. Once it broke free, it decided to put up a fight instead of running away which was the worst choice on it's part as it became extremely easy to pull.

Once it's mouth was near the flaming silk trap which was still hovering in mid air it finally tried to pull back, keeping Zhao Wei from pulling it forward. In retaliation, he released the hook on the upper jaw and slammed it down on it's head knocking it all the way to the ground.

On it's way down, it's upper jaw was still in line with the flaming wire trap, the much more tender flesh inside it's mouth was too easy to cut through compared to the rest of it's body cutting half of it's upper jaw clean off.

The free arm continued to latch on the top of it's head, this time both arm pulled it upwards and shaved it's lower jaw off as well. The thing thrashed around wildly, it's tail whipping into the arms formed from traps causing the light it emitted to fizzle a little. In this last moment, he shoved the arm deep into it' throat which no longer had anything protecting it and reached right behind it's skull before twisting it upside down to pull it to the ground, continuously lifting it up and smashing it down again. He was attacking, it's spine. From the outside it was protected by a layer of scales, while from the inside he could hit it right through the meat to it's skeleton.

The Jormugandr had died for sometime, either from blood loss from having it's mouth cut off, having it's spine broken from the inside or simply because a giant magical arm was shoved up the hole it needed to breathe. But either way, Zhao Wei didn't stop pummeling it to the ground until even the top of the Jormugandr's head was caved in.
