There Is Only One You! 34 I Am Alive, Thanks To A Certain Someone!

Shiv did some immediate first aid for his wound, still his arm hurt a little. By the time they reached the main house, it was late in the evening. Shiv rushed straight to Aditya's room, the moment they entered the main house.

*Knock* *Knock* "Yeah coming!" Aditya responded from his room.

"Woah! What happened to the two of you? You both are covered in dirt..... wait a minute..... Shiv, are you injured?" Aditya questioned with a very worried face.

"Hmm... are we here already...." Ira rubbed her eyes softly as she asked.

Shiv whispered softly, "Yes... are you up now?" Ira nodded a little.

"Yeah, a little. Take a look at her ankle first... I think she twisted it..." Shiv was concerned about Ira's ankle than his injury. Seeing him acting selfless, Aditya didn't know, whether to laugh or cry.

"Okay, you win!" Aditya then gestured him, to place her on the table. Shiv gently made her sit on the table.

"My injury is not that severe! I can wait! Please take a look at his arm first.... He was bleeding and not to mention, he even carried me with his arm in that condition...." Ira was truly worried about Shiv's injury.

Aditya, being caught in between these two, didn't know how to react, instead he just went with his medical ethics and looked at the patient who requires immediate medical treatment. Obviously he took care of Shiv's injury first.

"It looks like an attack of an animal.... Just what did you do?"

"There was a problem with acquiring water due to the trans pa.s.sing of a lion right? I just went to take care of that issue..." Shiv said with a straight face, without even batting an eyelid.

"Are....Are you crazy! You b.a.s.t.a.r.d! You could have died! Wait a minute.... did you take Ira with you on your stupid adventure?" Aditya was really mad at him for doing something like that so dangerous... that too all alone! The very thought of him taking Ira along with him, made his blood run cold.

Aditya is the only one who is close enough to scold or curse Shiv. So Shiv really didn't mind his curses as he continued, "Well you know I am strong and have been practically raised in the wild..... So who is more suitable to fight a lion than me in our troop?"

"Ah.... What a self-satisfactory answer! Are you dumb? If you are that strong as you speak to be, why did you get hurt?"

Shiv didn't answer, he couldn't answer him.....

Ira clears her throat, "Sorry... It was my fault!" She faced down as she said those words.

"What do you mean, its your fault? Its obviously this b.a.s.t.a.r.d's fault for going alone! And not to mention, he even took you along with him." Aditya was fuming with anger as he treated Shiv's wound.

"He didn't take me along! It was I, who insisted that I would follow him.... He got hurt because he got distracted when the other lion pounced on me.... I am sorry!" Ira didn't know what else to say, but to apologize.

"What? There was another? Wasn't there only one?" Aditya was clearly confused when he heard that they actually fought two lions and not one. As per the report they received, it was only one lion. Shiv even had someone to go and check it again properly. But what in the world happened.

He shot Shiv a side look, Shiv met his gaze and nodded. Something felt fishy.

Ira continued, "Yes, there were two lions! He didn't tell me at first that we were going to hunt down some lions. Shiv totally tricked me! One lion, suddenly pounced on me, made me twist my ankle... I then fought...." Ira's eyes were brightened when she was talking about her mini adventure with Shiv.

Shiv and Aditya noticed that excited look on her face, as they both couldn't resist but to stare at her. Ira noticed their stares, "What happened? Is there something on my face?"

"No, you just look so cute!" Shiv immediately blurted out what he was thinking inside, leaving Aditya with no chance to flirt!

"Were you not scared? You were fighting a lion there and you could have easily been killed." Aditya questioned, as he knelt down to take a look at her ankle.

Shiv was actually curious to know her answer, so he listened with his entire being.

"Well.... it would be a lie if I said I wasn't scared! To be honest, I was scared a h.e.l.l! My mind went blank from fear!"

"That's right! Any normal person would be scared...." before Aditya could finish, Ira continued.

"At that time, I heard a certain someone call out my name like crazy....*chukles*" Ira then met Shiv's eye sight, "Which made me come back to my senses... Thanks to that certain someone... I am alive now!"

They both stared at each other lovingly, without any words, until Aditya interpreted them, "All done! Now you can go to bed! I have something to talk with this guy here. I will call Chahna to help you out."

After a while Chahna came and helped her walk back to her room....
