Qin Lan ran into the forest, and ran towards the area where he fought the boar. He looked around for a certain tree, and found it. He slipped pa.s.sed the tree, and his eyes gleamed as his eyes lay upon an old stone building. He saw the door, and he ran towards it, and as he ran towards it the door slowly opened, and revealed an old man sitting upon a golden throne.

"Master" Qin Lan said respectfully. The old man on the throne looked down onto him, and said in his hoa.r.s.e voice "It is time for you to go and train in the wilderness, and train hard for the compet.i.tion." Qin Lan looked at his master puzzled, he asked "Why do I need to train so hard? I already have extraordinary latent talent, as you told me before, and I have you as my teacher, and those insanely powerful training techniques."

His master looked at him seriously. "I shouldn't be telling you about this, but this planet is an extremely rare type of planet in the universe. For one it is a planet with life on it, and also this is a sentient planet with it's own consciousness! There are less than 100 types of these planets that exist in the universe! This planet is about to be found, and the planet sacrificed its own life energy to create cultivators like you with incredible talent, some of which are even more monstrously talented as you!

Qin Lan gasped as his desire to become more powerful grew stronger. Suddenly a thought ran through his mind, as he turned to his teacher and asked "How do you know all this master? Have you explored the universe before?" Qin Lans teacher smiled mysteriously, as he raised his hand and flicked his sleeve.

For a moment everything went black around Qin Lan. Qin Lan started to panic a bit, but suddenly he felt and saw the light and warmth of the sun. Qin Lan Looked around and found himself in a forest, thriving with life, thick st.u.r.dy vines writhing about in the forest. Mountains could be seen in the distance.

The clouds in the sky suddenly rippled and trembled, then moved towards in the sky right above Qin Lan. The cloud formed into a face, Qin Lans master! He spoke one word "Survive!" then dissipated.

Qin Lan then found a horde of wolves around him, and he immediately activated his Qi and unsheathed his blade, and his blade turned blood red, and smoke could be seen coming off of it. He charged towards one of the wolves, which snarled coldly, and opened its mouth, and it's sharp teeth collided with the blade. The teeth put up little resistance against the Qi infused blade, and sliced straight through the wolf's teeth, and went upwards cutting straight through the wolfs face. The wolf then exploded, due to the fire Qi he used, and the blast burned away the surrounding trees in 5 meters, while killing 7 wolves in the process.

The remaining wolves looked at Qin Lan with fear in their eyes, their bodies covered in blood, and some parts of their fur were still on fire. The remaining wolves cried mournfully, and ran off. Although Qin Lans expression had not changed, he was actually shocked that he had used his full power, and had caused such a "small" blast. It should be known that In his consciousness realm his energy had the power to destroy mountains. It was so small, because his body is not strong enough to support that kind of power yet.

Qin Lan ran off to find a place to train his body quitely. He found a mountain, and carved into it using his Qi, and made a little cave to practice cultivation. He sat down in a meditative position, and he caused the Qi in the surrounding area to come towards him, as it nurtured his body, making it stronger. Cracking sounds could be heard as Qin Lans body trembled, and grew stronger, Sweat ran down his back, as he gritted his teeth and endured the pain. His muscled nearly tore, but he just sat there enduring the pain. He sat there for 6 hours, until his body trembled, and Black filth oozed out of his pores, releasing the impurities inside his body.

His eyes suddenly snapped open, he stood up and found that he was a little bit taller, and he wasn't hungry at all. He stood up and said "Its a good thing absorbing Qi replenishes my hunger, know I can train all the time!" He walked out of his cave and swung his fist at a nearby small bounder about 1 meter big.

Bang!!! his fist hit the rock, and he drew his fist back, and a fist print appeared on the rock. Cracks spread across the rock as it collapsed into pieces. It must be known that when Qin Lan punched the tree before, he used his Qi, but just now he used brute strength. He walked towards a slightly bigger boulder nearby, and dug his hands into it, and tried to lift it over his head. He struggled, and veins popped out of his arms, and his eyes grew slightly bloodshot, as he heaved it above his head. He then started to lift it. He did this to get used to his new strength. He did this for 30 minutes.

Qin Lan Kept this routine for 7 years, doing it every day. Booms could be heard everyday from the mountain nearby, and the ground shook.

After that Qin Lan went back in the forest, and killed his way towards the center of the forest. as he went on the monsters he faced grew stronger, to the point to where they were just as strong as him, and he was only halfway to the center. After he got defeated by a giant red gorilla, he went back to his cave, and cultivated for another 2 and a half years.

In the distance intense rumbling could be heard as a young man with long black hair, Qin Lan,and a cold expression on his face could be seen bare chested revealing his powerful figure, and muscles. He had one hand in the air, and shockingly on top of it could be seen a mountain!!! Qin Lan looked as if he was holding the mountain as easily as he would a small rock. His body, suddenly shook as he reached the peak of the mortal stage, and his energy soared. He suddenly threw the mountain, and it flew 3 kilometers up in the air, as he took out his sword, and sliced toward it while activated his Qi, and his sword grew red hot, as smoke came off of it, and he sliced in the air, andsword light flew towards the mountain. As the sword light flew out, several booming sounds rang out in succession and it made contact with the mountain. The sword light slashed it straight in half, and glowing red molten rock could be seen where the sword Qi went through.

BOOOOM!!!!! the mountain exploded, and a deafening boom rang out, and shook the ground intensely, as heat waves battered the surrounding trees and mountains, as they broke and got pushed back, and the surrounding 5 kilometer area got completely demolished, but Qin Lan just stood there looking at the destruction unfold with a calm cold look on his face, with his hair flapping behind him. He turned and ran towards the center of the forest, a loud sonic boom sounding out behind him. with his blade in his hand he quickly slaughtered his path there.

Soon he reached the center, and saw a Jindan level Dragon. Its body was huge, nearly 50 meters tall, and its body was covered in dense azure scales. It had fierce spikes jutting out of its back, and a tail only slightly shorter than its own body. Its leathery wings spread out made it look like a true monster. Its head had two blood red eyes, and its mouth was red as if it was permanently stained with blood. It has two wicked looking horns coming out of its forehead. This was the demonic beast Blood Dragon! It emanated a majestic but slightly demonic air.

Qin Lan's eyes shone, clearly excited by the fact that he was about to undergo a battle with a High cla.s.s early Jindan level beast. The beast looked down on him and waved his claw casually, seeing that it was a mere peak mortal human. Qin Lan swept out with his sword, and green tinted sword light came out, hitting the beast's claw. The sword light and the claw collided and the paw was actually pushed back a little bit. The Dragon looked at him in shock, then started to rage, because a mere human dared to fight against it. The dragon stood up, and roared while liquid like fire exploded out of its mouth.

Qin Lan engaged in battle, and everywhere they fought mountains and forest alike were crushed into oblivion. They Battled for 6 months, and gradually began to respect each other, Until one day Qin Lan broke through the barrier between the mortal, and Jindan stage!!! After that he crushed the Blood dragon every day, until it too broke through to The Middle Jindan Stage. The two, man and beast somehow developed a friendship, and deep respect for each other. While one trained the other guarded.

The clouds in the sky suddenly formed into the face of an old man who was Qin Lans master, while the two were training with each other. Qin Lan and the Blood Dragon didn't notice, Yan Bo's face in the sky watching them. Qin Lans master thought to himself "He has a very good bond with this Magical Beast, so I will let this be his."

Yan Bo coughed lightly, but it sounded like thunder in Qin Lans ears. He looked up to see his masters face staring down onto him lovingly.

"Disciple greets master!" Qin Lan said as he knowtowed. Yan Bo just smiled warmly, with wrinkles covering his face. "I see you and Little Han have become friends." He said while pointing to the dragon with a cloud finger he created out of thin air. "How about you let him become your magical beast?"

Qin Lans face immediately lit up, and he looked over at the Dragon, Han, which roared excitedly in agreement. Qin Lans master smiled and said "Come now, Let's go home!"

His master flicked his sleeve, and everything went black.

They were now in the forest right next to Yan Bo's residence. Qin Lans eyes shone brightly as he looked over in the direction of his home. "Mom Dad, I'm home" he murmured quietly under his breath. Qin Lan lifted his head and looked at the familiar surroundings, nostalgia hit him like waves.

Qin Lan was gone for 10 years, now he has reappeared, and will shock the world in the genius compet.i.tion!!!
