It took all of my willpower not to scream like a little girl at the monstrosity in front of me . It was another ice boar, however he was very different from his counterparts . Apart from being humanoid and standing at an impressive seven foot, he was wielding the jaw bone of an even bigger monster, with serrated fangs that would make even the fiercest of sharks green with envy . He had blue ice spikes growing from the middle of his forehead, all the way to the tip of his tail, and they were releasing white smoke as a testament to how cold they actually were . He snorted .

*SNOORT!*
A blast of intense cold air came out of his nostrils and slammed into my thin frame, sending a shiver down my spine that even the panda in my arms couldn't help but cry out from the a.s.sault of the chill . I was surrounded, and I couldn't turn back, not with all the other monsters still coming after me and drawing ever closer to me . It was now or never, sink or swim, live or die . . . …I charged .
"Aaaaaarrgggghhhhhh!"
Maybe I shouldn't have screamed, but G.o.d knows I really needed to do that, if not I'm not sure I would have had the courage to charge at the monster in front of me . As soon as I got close enough to the b.u.g.g.e.r ice boar, it swung it's ma.s.sive jaw bone at me, and with enough speed that I couldn't even see it's movements . It was as if death was rapidly coming for me once again, and the only other choice I had now was to rely on my instincts with this .

[EARTH TREMOR!]
Unlike the little ice boars who were thrown back by this skill, the humanoid ice boar only stumbled a bit, and the bone it carried went of course as it flew over my head . I knew I couldn't really outrun it, and facing it in a head on fight was out of the question, so I took advantage of it's unbalanced state, so I jumped and slammed my elbow with all my strength at the most vulnerable and exposed part it's body . . . . . his eye .
*BANG!* *SQUELCH!*
*BROOAAAAAAARRRRR!*
His pained screams left chills within my body, but none the less this situation gave me enough chance to circle him and try and make a run for it . And in the first twenty seconds, all was well with the world, and I was going to get away from blinding a monster that was a whole lot stronger than my current weak form . And that's when the impact came and slammed into my back, shredding the clothes and the skin it covered .
I was flung off my feet like a tennis ball, right towards the solitary form of a bronze carved pillar . I angled myself and made sure it was my back that met the ornately decorated pillar with carvings of dragons, lions, fishes and monkeys . My vision went blank for a second as white hot pain lanced through my body, I couldn't scream, or move as every major bone, tissue and cell in my body screamed in protest and pain . I looked up just in time to see hulking brute of a pig charging at me, one eye ruined and his jaw bone held high and about to crash down on my head .
I've died once before . . . or at least that's what I would like to believe, this place was h.e.l.l . I've had to fight to survive from the moment I came here, and quite honestly the whole thing was as tiring as it was frustrating . I had to wonder who I offended, or if the G.o.d I was raised to believe in really cared about me at all, where did I go wrong . Will I just sit here watching as my death drew ever closer, I couldn't move . . . . someone please . . . . help me!
*SPLURT* *THUD!*
I felt a spray of liquid and something heavy fall to the ground and roll towards me . I opened my eyes just in time to see the swing completely headless, his blood flying every which way but mostly on my body . His head was right in front of my face, and it was etched in an everlasting look of unwillingness and anger . It must have really hated that it died .
"Are you going to keep on laying there waiting for death, or are you going to get a move on, I'm not strong enough to help you move, and there are more monsters on the way . "
If not for anything, the voice I heard shocked me to my feet, and as painful as it was totally ignored . She was awake, though to be honest she looked like she was halfway into the grave with how haggard she looked, looks like she really needs more healing sessions to get back on her feet .
[HEAL] [HEAL + 87]

[PAIN RESISTANCE HAS LEVELED UP TO 9]
It became a lot easier to breathe after using my healing skill, but I felt drained, almost as if my energy reserves had hit rock bottom . I looked up at the elf and almost flinched due to the hard look she had on her face, but also due to the look of interest within it too . It wasn't giving any positive vibes .
"Come on!" she called out to me .
And with that said we both hurried back towards the storage room, even though she was more injured than I was, and was hunched over and breathing deeply, she was still moving fast enough that a four meter distance was maintained between the two of us . Obviously she was very strong, and I was really grateful that her strength saved me life .
The baby panda squirmed a bit within my hands, almost as if it was trying to get comfortable . I raised it up as I ran, wincing at the extra weight, and almost screamed out in shock as it's eerie green eyes stared at me . It had three pupils, three! It was like a scene out of a horror movie, and I wouldn't have been able to focus if not for the fact that I arrived back at the storage room . The elf woman jumped in, and I hastily followed behind her and covered the hatch over my head .
My heart pounded fiercely for a few moments, fear still suffused within my bones . I couldn't believe I made it, but at the same time I couldn't believe that I was able to survive that entire ordeal . If it was up to me, I would never have done such a thing, but I was forced by this b.l.o.o.d.y system, and hopefully it doesn't send me on any more missions that would put my poor life on the line . I turned around and was met face or rather neck to blade with the elf woman's sword . The look in her eyes had turned fierce and the first thing she asked was .
"Deraki Hirt servant quren?"
"? ? huh?"
