Amber And Her Wolves 16 Chapter 16 "We Hate Hunters!"

I woke up the next day and walked downstairs to the kitchen. All the pack members bowed to me as I walked in and sat down at the island. They were all talking about something and it was about hunters. Apparently they had been seen patrolling the border which was unusual. One of the warriors had said they were looking for a way in trying to get onto the land. I listened carefully. They were after a new hybrid hunter that had been hiding. The warriors laughed saying that there couldn't be a hybrid hunter. Hunters only liked other hunters so it wasn't possible. They were looking for me. "Luna, do you know who they are looking for?" One of the warriors said. "Maybe, why?" I replied carefully. The warriors looked excited at the news. "We need to give them over. The hunters shouldn't be here. Sounds like a hunt is in order." The warrior said. Just wait until they found out that I was the person they wanted to hand over was their Luna. I asked why hunters were so bad. "They are the police of supernatural aren't they?" I questioned.

"They are supposed to. There are some that kill us like there is no tomorrow. We hate hunters! We don't know who can be trusted." The warrior finished off. That finished the conversation and they all stood up and bowed. Alec was behind me and looked p.i.s.sed. I can't remember doing anything to upset him today so maybe it wasn't to do with me. He pulled me to his office saying that no one was to try and find the hybrid. He pushed me to the bookshelf and held my wrists by my side. He took and sniff of the air and growled. "Hybrid." He growled. I'm f.u.c.ked. He was going to kill me or hand me over. He let go and I moved to the other side of the room. He didn't look at me. They hate hunters. I was half hunter. Of cause he would now hate me. Daniel, Rose and Harvey would be the same way. Alec looked at me calmly after what felt like years. He walked over to me slowly and I backed away. He stopped when he saw that I was scared. Who wouldn't be? He was a werewolf and could easily kill me. I hadn't noticed that Alec was standing in front of me. He put his hand on my face and said sorry for losing control. He had suspected it, he just didn't want to believe it. He told me that no way in h.e.l.l would he give me to the hunters. They would train me to kill like they did or kill me. He wasn't going to let me out of his sight ever again. I sighed and let him hug me.
