The scorching summer sun burnished the earth. In the Sea Heart Park, under a huge banyan tree, four men with ferocious tattoos on led under the command of a yellow-haired bucktooth man punched and kicked a thin, lean youth.

Blood sprayed out profusely.

The youth was in pain, but he let out no agonizing screams, which made the situation somewhat strange.

Curling up his body, the youth, named Cui Hao, mustered the best he could to cover the essential parts of his body. He was under excruciating pain like he had died many times over again.

Meanwhile, a limited Maserati model edition was parked under the great banyan tree. Resting inside the car was a middle-aged man. He had the flesh of a fat pig, and next to him was a beautiful woman with a voluptuous figure.

Cui Hao was extremely familiar with the two people inside the car. One was his former girlfriend, Zhao Hongyan, and the other the company's vice president of marketing, Luo Erjun.

Cui Hao felt a heart-wrenching pain roam all over his body.

"Why are these two people together? Hongyan, is it because of him you left me…?" Cui Hao thought.

"Alright, brothers, stop. It's not good to beat this brat to death." Luo Erjun snickered and waved his hand, eyes donning an arrogant and mighty look.

Hearing this, the four tattooed men immediately stopped their attack and returned to their original place.

"Cui Hao," Luo Erjun called out. "You poor man, a beauty like Hongyan who followed you for three years, haven't you wronged her enough? You don't have a house, a car, money… And the house you live in is in shambles. Thinking about it makes me sad. Now, she has nothing to do with you. Oh, and by the way, did you know, we shared a pa.s.sionate experience in bed a month ago!"

Though he pretended to be strong, Cui Hao's aching body trembled hearing the fat pig's last words. It pierced deeply in his heart.

For the sake of wealth and riches, his first love, his only girlfriend, actually slept with this fat pig in front of him.

Taking a deep breath, Cui Hao contained his trembling voice, and coldly said, "Hongyan, have you really decided? Did we not say that we would live together and forever 'till the end?"

Disdain immediately flashed across Zhao Hongyan's eyes. She reached out her hand and showed off the diamond ring on her finger and sneered.

"Cui Hao, do you know how much this costs? 120,000 yuan! You're just a poor guy who hasn't eaten or drank comfortably for six years! I want something like this, but can you afford it? I gave you last month to change things around, but all you gave me was disappointment. You couldn't even earn 10,000 yuan. If you have to blame someone, blame yourself for being a trash! For someone like you to live a life like this, you must be blind and have yet to see the world!"

Trash… These two words were like sharpened knives viciously piercing the last bit of pride Cui Hao held onto.

Shaking his head, he chuckled softly and looked at Zhao Hongyan. He suddenly felt sick looking at her. After spitting out a mouthful of blood, he coldly said, "What a f.u.xking hypocrisy! Give me a month? How generous of you to give me a chance while you go out and f.u.xk this fat pig in the bed! I, Cui Hao, am repulsed by such love!"

Zhao Hongyan widened her eyes. She could not, would not believe these words were spoken by the warm-hearted Cui Hao she was once familiar with. Her delicate body trembled in anger, and her cheeks flushed red and all the way to her ears.

Feeling his woman had been humiliated, Luo Erjun glared at Cui Hao. "What the f.u.xk! What a despicable person! Brothers, go and teach him a lesson! After, I'll invite my brothers to eat and play at the Haitian Hotel tonight!"

"d.a.m.n it, you fat pig, I'll kill you!" Angered, Cui Hao struggled to stand up, his body swaying side to side from the vicious beating he received.

"Ha… Ha… Ha…" Cui Hao huffed.

Luo Erjun hurriedly started the engine of the Maserati and drove away seeing Cui Hao's bloodshot eyes and desperate stance.

While Cui Hao's rage soared to the heavens, Luo Erjun's arrogant laughter echoed from a distance. "A poor loser like you is destined to be a piece of trash for the rest of your life! Lowly commoner, just stay there and starve to death!"

"Even after beating you up for so long, you still managed to stand up. Brothers, finish this trash." The yellow-haired bucktooth man ordered.

The four tattooed men quickly rushed over.

Five against one… Cui Hao faced these five ferocious men alone. Very quickly he staggered backwards, knocked down and beaten against the onslaught of fists one after another.

Ten minutes later, the yellow-haired bucktooth man and his lackeys left the scene in a flash, leaving Cui Hao lying on the ground on the verge of death.

His vision grew blurry, the image of the banyan tree growing distorted. He laughed, blood trickling down from the corner of his mouth, and tears rolling down his cheeks.

"The river flows east for thirty years, but the river can flow west for thirty years. 1 Don't look down on this young man's poverty!"
