I only remember running away with Itachi… and fighting alongside him as well…
I stumbled forwards, falling onto my knees as a white blur came inching closer. Everything around me seems to be spinning, and I feel like I could throw up at any moment. I looked up, my head throbbing as my vision doubled, slowly settling on the person in front of me.
Kakashi had his hand out, cautiously stepping closer to me. I can see his mouth moving, but my ears are ringing, preventing me to hear whatever he's saying. The only thing I could see is the worried and sad looks coming from his face… and why is his Sharingan out?
I blinked.
Aiya… why is this scene sort of…
… Familiar…?
[The reel's end flickered, once again extending with long, blank screens that soon revealed many scenes I somehow recognise. I narrowed my eyes and leaned closer to one part of the reel, discerning a familiar white-haired, masked man from something that shouldn't look like real human beings.
Right before I identify the man though, the screen flickered and shut off.]
Ah… so that was Kakashi…
It's weird that everything just sunk back right into me… because the moment I started materialising into this world, I was somehow able to watch this very scene…
But what is he—
My world stopped as my surroundings finally registered in my clouded mind. My eyes widened, and when Kakashi approached, I quickly tumbled back, trying to avoid him, my body trembling. I stopped as soon as I felt something… wet stick to my hand. I cautiously raised my hand, only to see it soaking in crimson red blood.
Kakashi stopped, his hands shaking.
It's getting harder to breathe…
I slowly turned around, but my body refused to. I mustered up all of my courage to look back to whatever the h.e.l.l is behind me and—
My world shattered.
"Ka…." I choked, tears welling up in my eyes, "K-Kasan…?"
One word flashed in my mind as I stared at the body lying in front of me.
"E̶͍̙͈̘̦͑̍̍̿̕R̸̯̽̐̐̅́̓̀͝͠Ṛ̶̡͔̻̹͈͍̮͓̐͆̑͋̚͝Ö̶̢͔̥̞́̒͐̀̇̅̿͝Ȓ̷̡̛̮͈̜͈̠̣̝͊͑̒̿̃͐͝͠"

Itachi held Orion in his arms, and the child gripped tight onto him, trembling as they ran far from the Uchiha household, thanks to the child's scary warning.
They weren't that far away, but far enough for the ninjas close to the house to pick up on them and follow them from behind. They really weren't sure of what's happening, but if it's serious enough to make Itachi go out with the children in tow, they knew something's up.
They were almost at the clan's gate… almost… when suddenly, people from behind started to fall out as blood gush out of their mouths along with their agonising screams. Itachi didn't look back and kept going, placing his little brother on his back so he won't get left behind. He held Orion tighter and—wait, what?!
When did he—
Itachi got knocked to the side, losing his grip to the Hatake-Nara as he crashed through the clan's boarder and into the forest, shielding his brother along the way. When he came to, Orion's already being held by his arm (not hand, okay?) tightly by this tall man in white clothing, causing him to wince in pain.
Itachi clicked his tongue, his Sharingan now activated and catching Tsutsuji Hyūga by the corner of his eyes. He turned to his little brother and instructed him to go to the said Hyūga, "Tell her to go get help… to anyone, okay?" With that, the confused and scared Sasuke nodded and ran towards the lady.
Itachi cautiously glanced back at the enemy in front. He can't really act rashly as the man had already taken Orion away. If he does something too hasty, the child could get hurt, and he doesn't want that—no one wants that. The best way to act for now is… to simply stay put and think about what to do because… Itachi doesn't have the power to overturn the situation at the moment. He could practically feel the strength the guy in front was giving off and… it's giving him the chills.
He narrowed his eyes, his Sharingan glinting as he picked up on something unusual; the masked man in front doesn't seem to be using his own chakra... it's indeed interesting, but why?
The look of man's mask is now making Itachi uneasy the longer he stared at the man. He doesn't know what to do—let alone what to think. This is a first for Itachi, but he needs to do something, somehow.
No one dared to make a single move between Itachi and the mask man, but once Itachi took a quick step towards the man to attack, the man instantly ran through the forest. Itachi clicked his tongue, gripping on the kunai he had taken out during the shirt time span. He was so close to hitting the man, and, thanks to his eyes, he saw strands of hair casually falling behind the masked man.
So he did hit him… just barely though.
Itachi then sprinted after the enemy, who had Orion in his hands, holding the child by his clothes as he casually ran through the forest. It seems like the man's leading him somewhere, and he had to be cautious over it to keep the taken child safe. He sped up his… speed and ran the same pace as the masked man, looking over at the said man before s.n.a.t.c.hing the kid away from the man's grasp.
Of course, there were consequences. The instant he had s.n.a.t.c.hed Orion off of the man's grasp, the man released a quick, but powerful, jutsu—a Sound Wave that was able to knock Itachi and Orion forwards in an incredible speed. The Uchiha protected Orion in a tight hug as they skidded through trees and crash down the brittle earth.
Itachi simply gritted his teeth as his body ached over—he's pretty sure he broke a bone or two. He would've probably escaped that attack if he didn't have someone to protect… eh—who's he kidding? That Sound Wave is definitely as fast as the speed of a lightning-based jutsu… maybe even faster.
Maybe Shisui could face off with it though, but as for him… no, he won't stand a chance.
Itachi quickly recovered his stance and took a look at the child in his arms. Orion got his eyes closed shut, but Itachi could feel something cool coming off of the child's eyes… and when the child finally opened his eyes, the Uchiha was stunned.

__________
I have to admit, getting yanked out by my arm wasn't really a pleasant experience. It's as painful as when I almost broke a few bones back in my past life… and the way someone is holding me right now will probably do break some bones. I can't really move right now because it hurts and… this child body doesn't really have that much of a pain tolerance so the pain feels like it's double the amount it's supposed to be.
When I finally had the chance to even open a single eye, I took the chance to look at whoever's holding me and—Shiro? I mean, Xavier? But something's different about him... like, something dark is looming over him. Something is compressing his chakra and forcing it out…
I've never heard nor seen anything like this before. This sure is rather unusual… and interesting—too interesting that it's scaring me.
I winced in pain as he tightened his grip on my arm before throwing me up and catching me by my clothes… then he started bolting into the forest when Itachi launched a swift move. I was… surprised… beyond surprised—and dizzy. The swift movement around me is making me sick, honestly.
Xavier is honestly, stupidly swift that it's making me feel like I'm going to be thrown into another world, like, wtf?
Then, not a minute later, I got yanked off again and, this time, it's protective, unlike earlier which is quite forceful. The person who took me back had a familiar scent—thanks to my Hatake nose, I identified him as Itachi. He hugged me in a protective why right after a blast rung in our ears.
We inevitably crashed into the brittle ground and… I swear I heard a bone crack—and it's not mine. It made me close my eyes shut and wince at the horrible sound.
I need to do something before this goes worse than worst. This all started because of me, so… I suppose it's my responsibility—no, it is my responsibility. Lives were already taken just because of me and… it's a horrible thing to know, honestly.
Ah… thankfully I've learned the basics on how to use my… eye… thanks to… myself? I still don't know how to call "my other self" back in what he called the "Light Realm", which I think is just my mindscape with a more bada.s.s name. I also just refer him as "my other self" so I guess I'm calling him just that.
Thanks to him, I learned that I'm not good at using the eye, nor the worst. I don't have the ability to use its powers to its full potential yet, but it's better than nothing. My… "other self" also told me that in order to activate my eye temporarily is to just condense my chakra behind my eyes. The concept is so simple that I had to slap my face because I thought that it'd be harder than that. It's so stupid—I'm so stupid.
Maybe I was only too scared to try condensing chakra behind my eye because my eye is activating on its own so, I thought it'd be harder to actually do.
But, no.
It's easy as f.u.c.k.
Also, the reason that I can only activate my eye temporarily is because it consumes a rather large amount of chakra. If I use it more than I could take, I'd be d.a.m.ned.
Thinking back, my other self always had his golden eyes activated. He said he's pumping chakra constantly to them to keep them active that he always forget that he has them on… and it makes me think of how much chakra he actually has… and he lives inside of my mindscape—sorry, in the Light Realm. He's just wasting chakra by having it on all the time during the times when my consciousness was with him.
I doubt he actually turns his powers off because he's used to having it on all the time.
Will I be like him?
Actually, no.
I will be like him—that's my goal now aside from dealing with the "Naruto plot".
That aside, I sighed. (I didn't intend to have rhymes, but whatever.) I condensed a third of my chakra behind my left eye and started feeling the coldness envelop over my eye. The instant I opened my eyes, golden-turned chakra burst from my eye and… I feel like I could see everything.
Now that I'm aware of this eye… this is actually awesome, and not scary at all. I guess I was just surprised every time my powers activated on their own and never got the chance to understand it until now.
I made an eye contact with Itachi and noticed that he looks a bit stunned. Well, he has never seen my eye before so… understandable. Even I, too, was scared when I was able to do this but meh.
I'm not going to advance if I'm scared of my own powers, am I?
"Oh." Itachi blinked. That's it? That's your reaction?
"Yeah…" I shrugged.
I can't believe this guy, seriously! Even Inoichi-san was startled! Even tou-san was startled—that father of mine who's actually very s.a.d.i.s.tic!
As I was having my turn of being stunned because of the Uchiha's expression, something flashed in my mind that led me to push myself and Itachi out of the way—just in time too since something was sent onto our way.
I looked at my hand.
Huh.
I reacted without thinking… but I guess that saved our lives? Because I'm more than sure that whatever we avoided just now is definitely the same thing that wounded Shisui-nii. I'd like for us to not get caught in that, please. That s.h.i.t's horrifyingly fast and strong.
I don't even know how I dodged it.
I just had the… "urge" to push ourselves away—what's up with that? Whatever… it's better than having holes through our bodies.
I quickly whipped my head back and saw that Xavier's launching another attack, making me, this time, only push Itachi away since I literally bounced off of him because he was standing pretty st.u.r.dy. I got grazed at the tips of my fingers but's it's no big deal.
It's surely is nothing compared to being yanked out here and there.
Well, I'm not gonna lie… I did made a sound since I was a bit surprised when the attack reached me. Oh, and plus the smoke and dust it released? It sure is a bit inconvenient.
Itachi must've thought it too because…. "Orion…!!!"
"I'm okay! For now… get yourself together….? I mean, I never thought I'd be the one telling you that?" I scratched the back of my head. I mean, seriously—I never thought that would happen, what the heck? Well, I mean, technically, I am older than him, right?
This is really a strange day… more strange than strange, actually.
"Oh, uh… right." I can see him blinking thanks to his Sharingan's faint glow.
What's up with him? He's very… out of his character.
When the dust finally cleared, both Itachi and I went on guard as the a.s.sailant disappeared from his position. His trace is all gone as well… as if… he got erased. I looked at Itachi and he seems to be looking back at me with his suspecting eyes so, I guessed that we thought of the same thing—if not, then, at least we figured that something is wrong.
Very… very wrong.
