" There's no need Your Majesty ! I can win even without your help . The only thing I ask of you is to supervise and prevent any mistakes . " said Kiara with a serious yet polite tone .

" This is quite an easy request ! " said prince Eskylrious and glanced at his grandfather .

" Since my grandson says so , I will agree . Plus I too , think that this is needed . " said the king with a smile .

" Then I shall take my leave now ! " said Kiara and bowed .

" What about that person ?! " said prince Eskylrious pointing at Arman who was still kneeling with his head down the floor and trembling from fear .

" I will take care of this matter myself Your Highness ! " said Kiara with a smile .

The king and the prince nodded then Kiara was about to go out with Arman but the door knocked and a guard entered in a hurry .

" Your Majesty , one of the Willows's sirs has been poisoned ! We already called the doctor to come and see him . " said the guard with a bow .

Before the king could answer , Kiara went near the guard and grabbed him by his shoulders . Prince Eskylrious noticed that her face was full of worry and her small body started to tremble .

" Describe his appearance ! " said Kiara with an ordering tone .

" He was tall , handsome , green eyes and gold hair ! " said the guard a bit scared from Kiara's expression .

When she heard the guard's words she could understand that it was Justin . Her eyes closed the shine within them and a lifeless expression appeared . She noticed that at the was of the king's office there were two blades that were put as a decoration .

" Hey ?! " asked Eskylrious when he saw that she was about to take the blade on the was hanged on the wall . He understood that she was emotionally unstable and feared that she wanted to hurt herself but the king stopped him .

" Grandpa what are you doing ?! " asked Eskylrious .

" Why don't we watch what she's going to do . " said the king .

" You have noticed that weirdly she became emotionally unstable . She will end up hurting herself and cause a mess here . " said Eskylrious with a serious look .

" It's weird that you're worried about someone who's unrelated to you ?! What's wrong with you prince ? " asked the king while looking at Kiara .

' He is right about what he said . Most of the servants in that desolate area are vampires and the smell of blood will attract them everywhere . The king and Eskylrious remained stunned by her threat . Arman was so scared that he fainted . Kiara took the blade and bowed before His Majesty .

" I shall borrow this blade for a while , thank you in advance Your Majesty ! " said Kiara and went out of the room , taking the guard who came in with her .

" I am going to watch what she'll do ! Wanna come ? " asked Eskylrious .

" You go first , I will take care of something then I will join you . " said the king and then Eskylrious went out of the room to follow Kiara .

Unexpectedly , she ran fast and was nowhere to be found . Eskylrious looked around to make sure no one was there and then used his magic to find out where she was . A shinny red flame came from his hand and his eyes turned into a deep red colour . He p.r.o.nounced a spell and the image of where Kiara was , appeared before him . She was in her room and then Eskylrious went there . While Eskylrious was walking towards her room , Kiara was looking at her brother who was laying on the bed with a pale face .

" What poison did my brother take ? " asked Kiara the doctor .

" This is a powerful poison but if it's treated in time then it isn't that bad . I examined the food and found that they had put this poison in it . Sir Justin has eaten the food without being aware that it was poisoned . Luckily the maid called in time ! He is a bit weak due to the late treatment but is stable now . May I as if sir Justi has been poisoned before ? " asked the doctor .

" Why do you ask that ? " asked Kiara a bit doubtfull .

" As I said miss Kiara , this poison is powerful and without immediate treatment, the victim will surely die . " The poison hasn't disappeared completely from his body . It may take at eat three days for his original expression and face color to become like it was . " said the doctor .

" Make sure my brother recovers soon ! " said Kiara at the doctor with a murderous look in her eyes .

" Don't.....don't worry miss Kiara , I will make sure he recovers soon . " said the doctor scared .

Kiara looked again at Justin who was as pale as a zombie . The heartache she felt was so painful that she couldn't bear to look at him anymore . She kissed him in the forehead and then rushed out of the room . The pain and anger she was feeling was so intense that she couldn't even control herself . Now the only thing she wanted to do was to get justice for her brother by killing Flax . She had warned him once but it looked like it wasn't enough .

When Kiara was about to go across the corner something pulled her near , by grabbing her arm . Kiara was a bit startled and was ready to use the blade but she remained surprised when she saw some gold hair beside her cheek . A hand grabbed the blade and blocked Kiara's arms .

" Have you calmed a bit now ? " whispered Eskylrious in her ear .

" Why do you keep appearing each time I have a problem ?! " asked Kiara .

" Maybe because I am your lucky charm ! " whispered Eskylrious .

" Yeah ! My lucky charm of troubles and problems . Nothing good ever happens when I see you around . " said Kiara .

"You're being harsh miss Kiara . I even helped you ! Do you know the punishment for calling me a giraffe and saying other bad words about me ?! It seems like you haven't searched for me at all . Well, I suggest you google up a little to know who's the one in front of you . " said Eskylrious with a smirk .

" No thanks , I am not interested in you . Now , Your Highness please excuse me but I have something to take care off . " said Kiara and then tried to walk away but Eskylrious pulled her back .

" Killing people is no fun ! You know , making their life miserable is a better way to get revenge . The perfect punishment is a life filled with endless suffering . " whispered Eskylrious and Kiara remembered what she said a while ago when the king asked her why didn't she kill hose a.s.sa.s.sins .

Kiara's blank eyes took shape and returned to their natural form . She hated to admit it but thanks to him she was able to get out of that state .
