Mu Mingtang was really happy with that response. Xie Xuanchen’s injury improved much faster than she expected. Mu Mingtang tied the gauze and said, “Although it has improved, we still can’t relax. You should pay more attention to it these days and don’t overwork yourself.”

Mu Mingtang sat in front of him and bandaged him up. Xie Xuanchen put his arm around her and held her in his arms. She felt that he was not behaving well and immediately turned around to grab his hand, saying righteously, “You’re still recovering from your injuries. You barely even have the time to rest, so don’t think about those stupid unnecessary things.”

Usually, Xie Xuanchen would only be able to unfold one or two of her fingers, but now, not even both of her hands were enough for him. She looked at her palms that were completely spread out as her tone became lower and softer, “But you are still injured.”
