With a scowl, he whipped at the bloodied figure a few feet away.

Enigma stood, heavily injured and exhausted. But her eyes still shone with the same coldness they had at the beginning of the battle.

Facing these heavy attacks, Enigma snorted and stopped using her mental power to torment Charles. Though by now, he already lived through the most painful memory—his aunt's death over a dozen times by now.

Enigma's cold eyes swept over Charles for a moment and an invisible force struck the white wolf.

Like it received a kick in the abdomen, the wolf was blown into the air and flew in a parabola before crashing down.

Charles fell at the edge of the stage. Near the throne. His teammates panicked.

"Roo…" Charles struggled to get up but failed. After multiple tries, he lay on the ground with vacant eyes.
