When I woke up, I was in an unknown area.

『Oh, I'm alive.』

I muttered. I blinked my eyes at the ceiling, several layers of cloth were spread over it like a canopy, at least I could tell that this was no longer the familiar hospital room.

I tried to get up slowly. The terrible pain was now gone. I gasped in surprise as I took in the breathtaking scenery.

『Ah, ah, this, no way… this place is…』

The room was covered in cream-coloured cloth that gave it a gentle and calm atmosphere. A long cream-coloured fur rug was laid over the wooden flooring, along with a sofa of the same colour. There was a light brown table and an office desk of the same colour off to the side.

A fireplace was embedded into the wall, the windows were large semicircles that showed a stunning scenery. Where this would be, I "knew."

"You're awake?"

I gasped at the voice of the person who came in.

『Ah… why? Am I here?』

Getting confused at the j.a.panese language, his eyebrows furrowed.

"Sorry. I don't understand what you're saying."

"a.s.sam? Real one?"

I nervously asked, when he nodded and laughed, I was captivated.

Beautiful blond hair that was tied back, his deep blue eyes that were like a clear ocean held a bright gaze. A smooth nose and nice lips that were a bewitching red.

He wore long Arabian style cream-coloured clothing with a blue fringe and golden ornaments on his arms and ears that shone on his wheat-coloured skin. When a.s.sam drew closer with his laced-up sandals, the anklets made a clear sound.

As I was fascinated, he reached out his hand and touched my forehead.

"There's no fever. Are you still in pain somewhere?"

I shook my head. I wasn't in pain, but my chest was throbbing. It was a bit chaotic.

"Toki Aihara, I wanted to meet you."

He came near and his hands nervously wrapped around my body, softly pulling me into a gentle embrace, I returned the hug with a little force.

"Name is Toki. So long."

"Toki, you can just keep calling me a.s.sam. Seeing that you were almost about to die, I brought you here without asking for permission. I saw you everyday for three forests. I didn't want to let you die. Please forgive me for bringing you here without permission."

a.s.sam asked for forgiveness, I hurriedly shook my head and raised my body.

There's no need for a.s.sam to apologize. I had already wanted to meet him since the first time I saw him. a.s.sam only granted my wish. He saved me from dying.
