Chapter 4 . 3: I Look Like a Pig?

Cannon was known for his rough skin and thick flesh . He was an abnormal existence . He ripped apart a three-hundred-pound black bear with his bare hands alone, but it seems like even someone like him couldn’t handle Big Sister Tina .

“Boss, Big Sister Tina knows our lair better than anyone else! Where can I hide? She’ll kill me one day!” Cannon’s rough, heavy voice rang out . “Boss, you have to come back and bring down Big Sister, otherwise, someone might really die . ”

“Sigh… it’s alright,” Xiao Zheng replied with a splitting headache . “Though she’s ruthless, she has her sense of propriety . When the time is ripe, I’ll go and talk to her . ”

“Thank you, boss . Oh yeah, how’s your job search going, boss? If it doesn’t work out, why don’t you come back? With your ability, even the President of the United States wouldn’t be able to ignore you and as far as China goes, you wouldn’t even need to worry!”

“Ignore me my a.s.s!” Xiao Zheng frowned . “But China is my roots . I can’t wash my hands anymore from what I’ve done in the past, but I do want to try something new . Besides, I’ve got a promising job . I believe it’ll make up for all the shortcomings I’ve experienced over the past twenty-five years . ”

“Big Brother,” Monkey joined in the conversation, “What kind of job is it?!”

“Security,” Xiao Zheng replied proudly .

This was his first proper job and he felt proud thinking about it .

“What?! Big Brother, you ran all the way back to your home country just to be a lousy security guard?! Are… are you still my Big Brother…?!”

“Maybe he’s serving as the security guard for the President of China . ” Cannon comforted Monkey, but really, he was comforting himself .

“Ah, so that’s it!” Monkey snapped his fingers . “Big Brother, are you making a comeback? The reason you’re acting as a security guard is to hide from others and get close to a certain big shot, right? Well done! As expected of Big Brother!”

“What weird things are you thinking about?” Xiao Zheng chuckled . “Don’t get your heart in a knot . It’s just an ordinary security guard for a company . It’s not as complicated as you think . ”

“No! I don’t believe it!”

“My faith is gone!”

“My spiritual support has collapsed!”

There were sounds wailing heard on the other end of the line .

“Cut the c.r.a.p, guys . You’re keeping me waiting for almost half an hour now . I have to go . We’ll talk next time…”

Xiao Zheng added before hanging up, “Oh, and remember to cover for me . If Tina finds out where I am, you better believe that I’ll find you one by one to settle the score!”

As he finished speaking, his voice revealed a strong killing intent .

The st.u.r.dy men from the other end grew frightened . They felt that they were standing on the edge of an iceberg or cliff with their bodies trembling with fear .
