Chapter 64: Kill Me!

Yuan Yi did not move, instead, she looked at Zhang Xiao Qiang and said coldly: “Then just kill me now. If you’re afraid of making the bed dirty, you can do it outside. Brother Long would not blame you!”

Zhang Xiao Qiang’s expression turned steely and he became enraged. Ever since Xie Yuan Shan had held the crossbow against him and threatened Yang Ke’er, he vowed to never let anyone threaten him! And this woman in front actually dared to use her own life?!

“Scram! Get the h.e.l.l away! I don’t want to see you again!” He roared at Yuan Yi. He really hated her threat, forcing him to do something against his wishes.

Yuan Yi did not move and maintained her cool expression, her emotions not faltering. She just continued to stare at Zhang Xiao Qiang woodenly.

Seeing that she did not express the intention to move, remaining sprawled in front of him, even her hand was still on ‘Little Xiao Qiang’, his anger intensified. He had never seen such a shameless person before.

As he eyed the thick-skinned woman in front of him, he felt aggrieved. Especially since his ‘Little Xiao Qiang’ was still in her grasp. It made even more painful.

“So you want to die?” He asked in a strange tone, like a pervert asking a little girl if she wanted sweets.

Yuan Yi looked back at him seriously, and nodded! She seemed to heave a sigh of relief and her tense body relaxed. She even released her grip on ‘Little Xiao Qiang’.

Following that, Zhang Xiao Qiang also breathed out, and ‘Little Xiao Qiang’ became less ‘on edge’.

Yuan Yi began to calm down, as her emotions returned to its tranquil state. Her eyes dimmed again.

“Just kill me. I’ll be grateful. Really! Take it as showing me mercy, please!”

She began to plead again, it seemed as though she really wanted to die!

He felt his headache coming back again. This time, it was not due to the alcohol. He really was at his wit’s end towards this woman who would not stop pestering him. He didn’t mind killing, feeding Xie Yuan Shan to the zombies was proof of him not being weak-willed.

It all boiled down to him being an otaku, a nerd, a shut-in. He wasn’t a killer by nature and had been forced to do it. There was no enmity between Yuan Yi and him. Furthermore, she was good-looking. If Brother Long was not trying to rope him in, he wouldn’t have had this chance of encountering such a fairy-like person. He can’t use the excuse of her disturbing his sleep to kill her after all.

Zhang Xiao Qiang wore his clothes and made his way to the door: “Since you insist on staying here, you can keep staying here. This Brother here is not going to wait, I shall just go out and sleep on the floor, anyway, I’m used to such a lifestyle!”

Seeing him about to step out, Yuan Yi became like a frightened kitten as she leaped from the bed and ran to his side, kneeling on the ground and grabbing his legs, not letting go.

Zhang Xiao Qiang tried to brush her off, but her grip was like a soft-sh.e.l.l turtle not letting go. No matter how he tried, he couldn’t get her to move. He was beginning to get irritated again. He said this with a resolute face, his gaze turning bitter, as though he had just termed her as trash.

Yuan Yi did not say anything, nor make any moves, she just grabbed on tightly.

Seeing that she was still not budging, his anger began deflating.

“If you’re not letting go, I’m going to shout for help, and you can’t blame me if others saw you like that.”

He was really running out of options, thinking to call for help, hoping that someone was nearby.

Yuan Yi swung her head up violently, looking at him with a pitiful gaze: “Please, Brother Long said, if I don’t treat you properly, he would feed me to those monsters! He would really do it! A little squeaky sound broke the silence, as a small figure darted into the room, before stopping in place at the sight of the 2 of them.
