His eyes were red, but no tears came out of them. Shen Feixiao's eyes were locked on the corner of the room. His stubborn yet weak appearance made Qin Kaiyi's heart feel as though it was being harshly squeezed by something.

It was all because of the good deed that he did ah……Qin Kaiyi felt bitterness in his mouth to the point where he wanted to die. He looked at the medicine in his hands, and an idea suddenly appeared in his mind……Qin Shi as the villain had no way to help Shen Feixiao and let him suffer less pain, but what if he was a pa.s.serby who wouldn't change the plot?

One who, other than bringing some warmth to Shen Feixiao, didn't help him open some golden finger and even more so didn't guide him in the path of cultivation. A disposable pa.s.serby……

[3] The type of salute she's mentioning is this one not the army one. The phrase she says is also a common four word idiom is used in cases of unfortunate or regretful partings.

Tn: Qin Kaiyi, I thought you decided not to hit him? I'm sorry to break it to you Qin Kaiyi, but that "disposable pa.s.serby" will (un) fortunately change the plot a lot. Lol. I can already see it coming.
