I Was Just An Only Child Boy, Now I Became One Of A Four Quadruplet Sisters Chapter 22

I am placing the daughters + brother here for me honestly but also a reminder, I guess.

Nishi Yotsutsuji daughters.

The first daughter is Asahi (朝日)(Morning sun)

The second daughter is Mahiru (真昼)(Mid day)

third daughter named Yuudachi(夕立)(Evening Shower)Protagonist.(Yuu-chan)

The fourth daughter is Yoru.(夜留)(Night)

The older brother Souji.(奏時) Btw she is always using (私) from now on.

I was only able to fully enjoy one rugged peaceful day.Just that day.

From the next day on until the party it was etiquette coaching, and dancing lessons.It was done under our parents supervision.

According to the conversations I overheard. It isn't just our house but a lot of other houses are invited to the party.

There will be a lot of curious eyes on the children.We have never been to a party. Are parties excluding relatives just included us sisters and Souji.

So because we haven't really been seen the attention will be on us from the other houses. So if we make a mistake it will not go unnoticed.

I have some familiarization with etiquette and socializing at parties thanks to my previous existence. However dancing is different. I have never done that.

The youngest I have seen is a 4 year old, the oldest is around a 60 year old. And everybody is wearing gorgeous outfits.

I wonder, all of these clothes must have cost thousands of dollars. . . Hmm, I don't want to think about the wealth disparity compared to my last life.

"Well then we should begin greeting people. Souji and daughters please perform greetings skillfully. Especially you Yuudachi. Be careful."

"Keep close to me."

"Okay!"

It seems that my parents are already going to go greet people. They soon left us with those words.

After that, there wasn't much of an issue so the greeting part of the party went by smoothly,and now it is finally time to dance.

"Well now, Yuudachi. Shall we dance? I will perfectly escort you so don't worry."

Really. Well this helps seeing as I still haven't mastered the practice.

There is no reason I have to depend on Souji solely for this.

We are quadruplets. I don't need to be paired up dancing with Souji!

From out of nowhere Yonagi appeared and asked Yoru to dance.Leaving Asahi and Mahiru to pair up.(　夜瑠が何処からともなく現れた宵凪にドナドナされていって、)(TN: more interested in the donadona might be the song they are dancing to.)

When I looked back to Souji he looked at me with a wide smile.

"Hey,Yuudachi. Would you like to pair up with me?"

". . . . I'll be in your care. . . ."

The hall then began dancing to a Waltz.

With Souji leading I followed his rhythm with my steps.

Ah here. It's difficult I always fail at this. . . .My legs are going to get tangled up. . . .

However unlike my time during practice I didn't get tangled up. Souji made sure to gracefully led me so I wouldn't.

Because It annoys me I don't want to admit this. But I have to recognize it. Souji is looking really cool right now.

I smiled unintentionally when I realized it and then for some reason Souji's face went red.(フッと口角が持ち上がるのを感じると同時に奏時が赤面した。)(TN: could also be that Souji smirked and then his face went red.)

I don't know why that happened but for the time being I'll just focus on the dancing. So let's finish this dance.

With the song coming to an end our parents greeted us with clapping hands.

For some reason though my father had a displeased face.

"Hey, Mama.What's wrong with Papa?"

Yoru asked our mother trying to figure out what was wrong.However my mother just responded with a bitter smile.

It seems like something they don't plan on telling us.

If it's truly so important where they don't tell us, then there is no point in us trying to wring it out of them.

I judged so. I drank my orange juice to relieve my dry throat. Leaving it at that.
