Christmas Party Part 1

I am placing the daughters + brother here for me honestly but also a reminder, I guess.

Nishi Yotsutsuji daughters.

The first daughter is Asahi (朝日)(Morning sun)

The second daughter is Mahiru (真昼)(Mid day)

third daughter named Yuudachi(夕立)(Evening Shower)Protagonist.(Yuu-chan)

The fourth daughter is Yoru.(夜留)(Night)

The older brother Souji.(奏時) Btw she is always using (私) from now on.

First of I should read it.

I managed to finish the foie gras and opened the seal on the invitation card and took out the contents.

Yup.It's really fancy letter. It's a custom made fabric.

There where four cherry blossom petal marks engraved into the paper.—– That was the family crest of the Sakurakoji family.

The second thing that I noticed were the excellent writing style.It was all written in ink, the letters stand out, it was beautiful.

Returning home I went to Yoru's room and handed her the invitation letter.

"This is the reason Sakurakoji called you. It seems to be an invitation to a Christmas party."

"Eh?!An invitation to a Christmas party!?"

As I thought she's a child.Her cheeks became loose after hearing the word "Party". Is it really such a fascinating word?. . .

As I recall I only had social parties for the company I used to work for. For me it was something to fear.

Listening to half-funny story about the director with a smile, being forced to drink strong sake, being hit with ashtrays, having to kiss their shoes. . . .

(TN:when I imagine these I imagine Yuu-chan in a suit being forced to do this. Cause that's who it was done to.That's her past. I'll just put this, people change but experiences change and those are what shape you.Just saying that before comments about this might come up.There is my opinion)

"Yuu? ! What's the matter all of the sudden! ? Your face went pale! "

I was recalling chains of disgusting memories.

I shook my head getting rid of those thoughts and to try and pay attention.

I was able to calm down abit.

". . . .My bad. It's okay now.Let's return to the matter on hand. Will you please give the letter to Otou-san?"

Yoru gave me a curious face.

"That's fine and all. But why me?Couldn't Yuu just deliver it?"

"They did not give it to "Yuudachi" they gave it to "Yoru". Wouldn't it be weird for it to be delivered by me? If it isn't good. . . . Then wouldn't things get awful if our parents find out about us swapping?"

It was an easy to understand fact and when she realized it her eyes changed to eyes of fear, she quickly shook her head.

If the fact about our swapping get found out they will definitely lecture us.

My parents are usually gentle people but when they lecture they become entire different people.My parent's lectures are really painful they are on the level of pain of being a company slave. For Yoru it would be a terrible fate, its pain the she have never once felt.

"Oh, Yuu good thinking. You are smart. I'll go immediately give it to papa."

"Okay.Oh, wait don't close the door. Because I am also heading to my room. . . . Another thing. . . .Don't forget about our promise."

Today I am mentally exhausted so I don't want to be disturbed by anyone. I gave her my puppy eyes. Yoru sighed.

"Understood. Just making sure they are close to me is that enough?"

Whats with those half-hearted "yeah"s?

I don't know if I can complain about that att.i.tude though.She definitely learned that from me.But its too bothersome to get angry so I'll just ignore that. I left Yoru and went back to my room.

I put my headphones on and sank into my bed.

Ahh .True happiness.

I don't need to be fearful of my sisters invading my room. Just enjoy it to the max.

h.e.l.lo. My stress thing just came up so I'll be dealing with that for a bit. So I am pretty anxious right now so translating quickly isn't really going to be a priority for a bit.
