Noon was the time when the adventurer guild was usually having spare time. The reason was simple. It was because there were almost no adventurers who came to the guild at that time. Emily picked up one of the doc.u.ments while sighing. It contained the details of the request that had been or hadn’t been accomplished by the adventurers in this town until now. The receptionist would listen and summarized the information. In case of something had changed, she kept the doc.u.ment still because it might be useful later on.

The monsters had disappeared. Literally, it meant as it was, and that the information was delivered to the guild just a moment ago.

It didn’t happen at a specific place, but rather, the monsters had disappeared from all around the town. If it was informed by one or two people, she could say that it was a rumor. However, when everyone who received subjugation requests came back early and all of them said the same thing, then, it wasn’t a joke. In fact, when the guild tried to confirm that, they couldn’t find even a single monster.
