“d.a.m.n you! Are you two done laughing?”
Big Yellow kept looking at them with eyes that felt like devouring the two laughing men. He felt that his current image was a really huge insult to his mighty and supreme image.
“Not yet, just let me laugh some more!”
Han Yan was convulsed with laughter, and he didn’t show any signs of stopping. Soon after, a shrill scream burst out from his mouth.
“Ouch! My b.u.t.t!”
A terrible pain came from Han Yan’s b.u.t.t. Big Yellow was too fast, so fast that Han Yan didn’t even notice having been bitten on his b.u.t.t.
“d.a.m.n dog, let go of me, the pain is killing daddy!”
Han Yan cursed. He turned around and slapped Big Yellow’s head, but not only did he not knock Big Yellow away, he even hurt his palm because of the backlash.
“d.a.m.n it, what is this dog’s head made off?! Why is it so tough!? Ouch! Loosen your mouth, daddy’s b.u.t.t is going to explode!”
Han Yan’s face was twisting in pain, but Big Yellow didn’t want to release the b.u.t.t. Next, a violent fight erupted between the man and dog.
Looking at what was happening, Jiang Chen covered his eyes with his hand, praying for Han Yan in his mind. This man and dog made him think about what happened when he first met Big Yellow. Jiang Chen knew better than anyone else how strong this dog was.
“f.u.c.k! d.a.m.n dog, if you don’t release me, I’m going to fart!”
Han Yan roared out loudly. This trick did work. Hearing that Han Yan was going to fart, Big Yellow immediately let go of his b.u.t.t and dashed aside. Then, he transformed back into his original form.
“How dare you bite daddy’s b.u.t.t?!”
Han Yan was furious. He immediately dashed toward Big Yellow. On the other side, Big Yellow was also still angry. It looked like he was going to take a few more bites before he could calm down. He just couldn’t bear the fact that they asked him to transform from a mighty doing into a puppy.
Bang, bang, bang…
Another fight erupted. The man and dog were fighting in the wilderness, and it was hard to tell which one was winning. Jiang Chen just stood aside, watching the show with a smile on his face.
The man and dog fought for nearly ten minutes. In the end, neither could defeat the other, and both of them looked miserable. Han Yan’s clothes were falling apart because of Big Yellow’s teeth, and Big Yellow’s golden fur no longer had the same l.u.s.ter, causing him to look like a stray dog.
“That’s enough, I think both of you have fought enough for now. It’s time to go.”
Jiang Chen said as he shrugged his shoulders.
“Little Chen, you just stood aside and watched us like you were watching a monkey show, is this really fine?”
Han Yan was speechless.
“Neither of you are good men!”
Big Yellow threw his gaze at both Jiang Chen and Han Yan. When he thought of the fact that he had to hide his mighty and handsome image in the future, and disguise himself as a puppy in public, the fury in his heard started burning more intensely.
“I was thinking, even if you can become smaller, you still look like a dog. Why don’t we use a towel to cover Big Yellow’s head, and only show his eyes? I can guarantee no one will be able to tell who he is!”
Han Yan suggested.
Big Yellow opened his mouth and bitt toward Han Yan’s b.u.t.t again.
“d.a.m.n you, again?!”
Han Yan instantly moved, he turned into a trail of light and flew forward. He didn’t want to bother with this dog anymore; he had finally witnessed and experienced how stubborn this dog was.
Jiang Chen burst into laughter and caught up to both of them. It wasn’t hard to imagine, with these two as his companions, his future journey wouldn’t be lonely and boring.
A few days later, the trio arrived in the Qing Province.
“I think we’ve just arrived in the Qing Province. We are pretty fast, we should be able to arrive before the trade fair begins.”
Jiang Chen said.
“The Qing Province is the fifth largest province in the Qi Province, really outstanding! Just the landscape and energy alone is not something the Qi Province can compare with. The natural Yuan energy here is much stronger than in the Qi Province, no wonder why it’s ranked fifth in the Eastern Continent. All the sects here are considered super powers in the eyes of the Black Sect.”
Han Yan said with mixed emotions.
“Let’s go. We’ll cross the Qing Province immediately, and try our best not to get into any trouble.”
Jiang Chen said. He then turned around and looked at Big Yellow who followed behind him, or to be exact, a golden puppy.
“Big Yellow, why haven’t you said a word along the way?”
Jiang Chen teased.
Big Yellow had been feeling depressed along the way, he really disliked his current imagine. If not for the fact that if he transformed, he would be discovered by enemies, he would have long ago transformed back into his original look.
Jiang Chen and Han Yan exchanged a glance and smiled together. They knew Big Yellow was in a bad mood right now, so they didn’t want to provoke him anymore. Soon, they resumed their journey and flew toward the inner territory of the Qing Province.
Jiang Chen didn’t waste his time on the road, he absorbed a lot of demon souls, and in just a few days, he had formed another hundred Dragon Marks, allowing his cultivation to progress once again.
“Little Chen, the skill you’re cultivating is really terrifying, it can directly absorb any souls. In just a few days, I can feel that your aura has become stronger. You’re getting closer to breaking through to the Mid Divine Core realm.”
Han Yan looked at Jiang Chen with a surprised expression.
“Yes, the method I use to level up is really incredible, but I can’t keep using this method, as it will seriously affect my foundation. I still have quite a number of souls that I can absorb, but with my current condition, I can’t absorb them anymore. If I do, my foundation will be seriously affected, and the loss will outweigh the gain.”
Jiang Chen explained to Han Yan. After that, knowingly or unknowingly, he gazed at Big Yellow. Jiang Chen had reached a bottleneck in his Dragon Transformation skill’s cultivation. If he wanted to improve his foundation, the best solution was to make the Dragon Transformation skill evolve again.
If he could get more of Big Yellow’s blood, he would be able to make the Dragon Transformation skill evolve again. However, Jiang Chen could only put this thought in his mind. Looking at Big Yellow’s gloomy face, if he dared mention this request, Big Yellow would certainly go on a rampage.
More importantly, there would be a serious side effect to Big Yellow if he took away his blood. Jiang Chen didn’t want to hurt his own brother just to make himself stronger. In his heart, both Big Yellow and Han Yan were his brothers that he would give his life for.
Furthermore, each time Jiang Chen’s cultivation advanced, his demand would become greater. Even though Big Yellow had the Dragon Horse’s bloodline, only the blood essence from his source was useful for Jiang Chen. Jiang Chen just couldn’t bring himself to draw out Big Yellow’s blood essence.
Right at this moment, a wild breeze blew by. A nearly 30 meter tall eagle suddenly swooped in from their left. A couple of young men stood on the back of this huge eagle, all of them wore arrogant expressions on their faces. Their cultivation bases were pretty strong, none of them were below the Divine Core realm. It was impossible to find such a group of young strong men in the Qi Province.
“You men in front of us, move aside quickly if you don’t want to get killed!”
A young man dressed in green clothes shouted at Jiang Chen’s group. He was carrying a whip in his hand, and it seemed like if Jiang Chen didn’t move aside, he would attack them with his whip.
“f.u.c.k, so arrogant!”
Han Yan was very angry, but he was immediately stopped by Jiang Chen. These few young men all wore the same clothes, and it wasn’t hard to see that they were some genius disciples from a big sect in the Qing Province. They were all prideful, and they had no respect for anyone. Jiang Chen just wanted to proceed to the Blissful Island, he wanted no trouble in the Qing Province.
Jiang Chen and Han Yan moved aside, making way for these people. When the arrogant group came closer, they purposely slowed down and gazed at Jiang Chen and Han with looks carrying despise. When the arrogant young man who just shouted saw Big Yellow, he immediately burst out into laughter.
“Haha, look, this guy got a puppy as his pet beast! Truly a garbage man!”
The young man was cheerfully laughing.
“What are you looking at? Stupid b.i.t.c.h!”
Big Yellow cursed. Fury was still burning within his stomach, there was no way he would be courteous with these guys.
“d.a.m.n dog, what did you just say?”
The young man was immediately p.i.s.sed off.
“I said you’re a stupid b.i.t.c.h! All of you are stupid b.i.t.c.hes! All your family members are stupid b.i.t.c.hes!”
Big Yellow said with disdain.
“f.u.c.k you! You’re courting death!”
The young was extremely furious. He immediately whipped at Big Yellow. The whip was like a poisonous snake as it whipped toward Big Yellow, and it produced a large amount of sparks along its way.
A big hand grabbed the whip. With a cold tone, Jiang Chen said, “Friends, you better not challenge us.”
“Who are you?! How dare you talk to me like that?! You’re courting death!”
The young man was really arrogant and aggressive. He was so prideful that he would look down on anyone. Just as he was about to strike once again, a female disciple with seductive makeup stopped him and said, “Let it, junior disciple w.a.n.g. Don’t delay senior disciple Mao’s important matters. Senior disciple Mao has gone ahead of us, and I think he should have arrived at the Serpent River by now. That serpent is going to transform into a Flood Dragon today, and senior disciple Mao is going to kill it during its weakened period, we have to rush over and help.”
“Hmph! Consider this your lucky day!”
The young man coldly harrumphed. He immediately pulled the whip out from Jiang Chen’s hand. Then, they continued their journey on the eagle’s back.
“d.a.m.n it! Just look at his idiot look, who gave him the audacity to be so arrogant in front of this master dog? Little Chen, why did you stop me? This master dog wants to bite them to death!”
Big Yellow was fl.u.s.tered and exasperated.
“Hey guys, did you heard what they said just now? They’re heading to the Serpent River.”
Jiang Chen’s eyes lit up.
“I heard some of what that girl said. There’s a strong giant serpent that’s going to evolve into a Flood Dragon in the Serpent River.”
Han Yan said.
“That’s right. Although a serpent is pretty strong, it’s still just a serpent, still considered the same as a snake or python. It’s extremely difficult for one to evolve into a dragon. There shouldn’t be any powerful giant serpents in the Qing Province, so if my prediction is correct, it should be a peak Divine Core giant serpent that is evolving toward the Combat Soul realm. But, because of its bloodline, this giant serpent is going to evolve in advance in order to completely become a Flood Dragon.”
Jiang Chen explained to the group. Just as he finished speaking, a loud bang could be heard from afar. Somewhere far from where they were right now, lightning accompanied by the peals of thunder could be seen, even from far away.
“That’s the Heavenly Tribulation! A serpent evolving into a flood dragon is an act of defiance against the natural order, and that giant serpent just attracted the rare Heavenly Tribulation. Although the strength of this tribulation isn’t strong, it’s not something a peak Divine Core demon lord can withstand. Even if this giant serpent manages to succeed, it will enter the weakest period of its life. Those people just now were actually going after this giant serpent who is evolving into a Flood Dragon! Hahaha! Looks like I was struck by a lucky strike!”
Jiang Chen burst into laughter. With a sway of his body, he immediately started flying forward, following those people he encountered not long ago.
